Alexandria Auto Sales

Bought a car from them in February 2017, was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Only to find out that the Air Con pump was seized when summer came around, they claimed to know nothing about it, but there is no way they could not have known, and did not offer any help to get it fixed or anything. So I had to pay $1000 to get it repaired. Shady dealership, I would avoid Edit: 6 months after owning this car I really wish I never went to Alexandria! The car hadn't been tuned in a long time. I bought it at about 140k, its now done 150k and I had to fix the timing belt, and give the engine a tune up (plugs, wires etc). I would expect these things to be done when you're buying a car from a dealership!

Recently went to go look at a car they had listed. Dealt with Mike. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I look forward to picking my car up soon. If all goes well, will be a repeat customer

great dealership excellent service they made my car buying experience so comfortable no pressure tactics very polite and excellent after buying service a month after taking delivery of my camry i heard squeeking from the front brakes i called the salesperson . he send me to their mechanic ,they changed the front brakes for me no questions asked. they did not have to do that !!!!. however they did and i was extremely happy with their courteous attitude they really care about giving their customers good service i recomend them for your next buying experience

bought my 2006 pt cruiser convertible bout 6--7 weeks ago from Michael...couldn't ask 4 more from a salesperson ! He was completely professional, unassuming & very obliging on every account. After buying the car & about half way home to Mississauga an engine warning light came on !! Very worried & sceptical. Phoned Michael immediately from my car & informed him of problem.Michael had me bring it in the very next day & replaced needed sensor at his own expense ! Very relieved & much appreciated. Sorry, but the truth is, I found it very unusual to find an individual in this business, who, when I dealt with him showed himself to be a man of honour & Integrity. & he did it so naturally. I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR BUT I HAVE TO, TO LEAVE A REVIEW. Shady af. this place will sell you garbage and swear it is a great deal. Eg. I bought a vw diesel from this place 50 days later I am replacing computer, front shocks, glow plug, wheel bearings, cooling fan, thermostat battery and they lied to me about the turbo saying "they all make that noise" well they dont lol this can all be verified by a reputable garage. Buyer Beware if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
