East Court Ford Lincoln

I brought in my Ford Explorer to have the snow tires removed and an oil change. The Service Consultant (Thomas) I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. I really appreciated the waiting area with the big comfortable chairs and television. There was open communication to ensure I knew where my vehicle was in the process and the estimated waiting time. Despite being a bustling dealership, I had a very pleasant experience with professional and courteous staff. Keep up the good work!n See you for my next oil change!

I have had the pleasure of walking into East court and Sandra was sitting in her office and available. This was in December 2017. Since then my son and I have purchased 2 Ford F150 sport trucks and I also bought an Escape ! Sandra is so caring and has handled every little detail with impeccable professionalism. My son's purchase was his first vehicle and Sandra guided him through all of the important decisions. This included financial decisions and choices of extras which was a great learning experience. I have and will continue to refer any friends directly to Sandra. Sandra has made me feel like I am family and therefore an absolute pleasure to deal with . SHE is the best sales person that I have ever dealt with !🤗🤗

My experience at East court Ford Lincoln was great - everything I could have hoped for! Sam was really helpful and friendly. As this was my first time leasing a car, Sam was very good at explaining everything in great detail which made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He also got me a great deal on my new car! I Highly recommend this dealership!

I am very happy with my new Ford! It did take me two times to get it. First car had some issue, I was upset at the pickup date. However, my sales agent May and her manager immediately request another car from Ford inventory. I did not have a car to driver next 3 days. The second car was perfect! In the end, I am happy with my car, so I give them a five star. They did think for customers, and make customers happy!

I have been a long time customer of East Court Ford not only purchasing my vehicles there but also having all of my service done at the same dealership. The service team has always gone out of their way to help me and have always been extremely professional. The service manager (Mark) and my service advisor (Bob) are always available to explain the service which is being done to my vehicle. I have heard friends speak about the nightmares they have had when taking their vehicles to their dealerships. I always tell them that I have never had a bad experience with the members of East Court which is the reason I keep going back and continue to purchase Ford vehicles. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and the feedback I have received from them has always been very positive.
