I was wondering why the employee over the phone was so rude until I dealt with the manager and realized it’s just this dealership all together that has terrible customer service. Our intelligence was undermined not only by the employee but by the manager as well, before and after being sold a used part that was labeled as new. Not to mention, we are an auto shop. Adrian was the only helpful employee and went above and beyond to assist us, however Ken the manager and Duncan the rude employee over the phone made dealing with ford an experience I never want to go through again. Do better Ford.
