Sales, Parts and Management in general is outstanding here. They are all so friendly, professional and provide such a smooth experience. However,  Gary R from service ;  I have never encountered a more ignorant, obnoxious person before. He doesn't let you speak, finish speaking or listen to you. He is full of it and it is unfortunate because it really taints the overall reputation and larger, great experience one would have here. I understand he's been here for 37 years, but he should definitely get a refresher and some training on interpersonal skills, because the way he communicates is unacceptable in any customer service environment. However as mentioned earlier, everything else is amazing here and the other staff and management at service is exceptional ! you will have a seamless experience!

I and my girlfriend got 2 vehicles recently from this dealership. We dealt with sales and lease manager Aaron. He has a very unique customer service skills that leaves you satisfied. He goes out of his way to help you. We are very happy we met him and we will go see him in the future.
Honda should be very proud to have such a outstanding rep/member. Aaron has gone far beyond his customer service in every way. Aaron’s continuous commitment to satisfaction 
And support, we, as I’m sure so many are, proud to have been taken care of by Aaron. We thank Honda for selecting such great representatives but also to Aaron, for his service and his friendship. We definitely will be back and I hope Aaron is recognized for his customer service skills and simply being a great rep.

Jeff Li is a true professional in the way he conducted himself.  He listened and delivered.  Jeff has a very warm and welcoming personality that is full of integrity and compassion.  George was also very kind and compassionate that made it easy for my wife and I with our new purchase.  With Jeff and George together, we received fantastic service and are very happy with our new Honda Accord.

Always good and prompt service. Gary is the best service advisor. Happy and friendly and goes out of his way to get you the best value for the dollar. I will keep going back to Formula Honda for my cars service. 🙂

I leased 2016 Honda Civic in this place and this is my first car. Mark Lin was my sales agent and he was very knowledgeable, understood what I really needed and spent a lot of time explained every details about the car.
Even after sales is done,  whenever I call him for any question about my car, he is always willing to help me in any way.  I feel very comfortable to deal with him, pressure free, helpful.  I will certainly refer Mark to my friends and Formula Honda.
