Agincourt Mazda

My wife and I visited this dealership and met great staff right from the start. There was not much time left until closing hours but Moe helped us find a car that we love! Patient, straight-forward and a great young gentleman. Took us for a stroll outside to check out the car colours and also let me drive test his personal Mazda 3. I needed a car by Wednesday and two days later I was driving it with everything taken care of from insurance to new plates. Even with a little bonus upgrade for not having our first choice of colour available for that day (although now I prefer this sonic silver colour much more). Susan is a super sweet person and explained us all the finance and warranty clearly. Had no problem staying in way late past closing hours until all was understood and still had time to chat about life :) I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys.

It has been a great experience with Agincourt Mazda! I love my Mazda3 and the whole staff is amazing! The way they deal i am overwhelmed with their customer service! Especially Mr. Mohammad Salama! He took care of everything required and needed to be done in an excellent way! I would super recommend Agincourt Mazda to everyone! Make your car buying procedure, a great experience!

I brought my Mazda3 in to replace the steering wheel and went with this location as it was the closest to me. It took about a couple hours, however upon driving at night i noticed that the buttons on the right side of the vehicle were not illuminating. (Cruise control buttons) I called their service advisor Lawrence to schedule an appointment to fix this problem. He was helpful however i didn't like how he suggested that the problem was there before they replaced the steering wheel.

I dealt with Sam and Mohammed, buying a used CX-5. The car was priced very well and they were very easy to deal with. The entire process was made painless by their great service. Definitely will be back for my next vehicle
