The sales department was excellent, especially Aaron Liu. I had a very pleasant car buying experience. But the service department is garbage. I bought a 2 year old used car over 30k, they didn't inspect the car until the day of pick up, the scheduled time of pick up was changed again and again, and finally the car under the hood was not cleaned at all. This is the worst experience I have picking up a buying car. sales department Give five stars, service department 1star, Average 3 stars
