Great and easy overnight hotel at the airport. Shuttle on 3rd floor of airport easy to find. Shuttle about once an hour so have a seat and chill, it'll be there. About 15 rude to or from hotel. Shuttle shared with their Signature hotel, make sure you get off at right one. Rooms clean and simple. Moxie's downstairs nice American restaurant. Front desk very efficient. Simple as

We had a fab time staying in this hotel. The room that was initially given to us was huge and loftstyle which was really nice however my mom, who is a Senior already will have difficulty using the stairs. We requested for a different room and the staff was very understanding and immediately replaced it with a different room style.nnThe location of the hotel is also convenient since it is close the supermarket. I will definitely recommend this hotel since it checks all our requirements plus the friendly staff especially Hannah who is very accommodating in all our questions.

This is a great place to stay.  The staff makes a difference, hugely. The restaurant, Moxie's, is excellent, food and service are exceptional. A special shout out to Chinmay at the front desk, who was very helpful as I struggled with printing luggage tags.

I was there for a weekend family trip.   The hotel was good.  I forgot my electronics in the room and had to go back for them on a later date.  The staff at the Sandman especially Clifton was excellent in finding my laptop bag and holding it securely.  It was a stressful situation and Clifton provided superb service to me.  I am happy to get my electronics back.  Thank you.

I had to be in Vancouver for cancer treatments for my daughter. I was hoping for a clean room, considering my daughter's compromised immune system. The room was very stuffy and didn't smell clean as I expected. The first night I encountered cockroaches, and then again the next night. They were large enough where I could hear them scamper across the bathroom floor. We were not offered a new room, no vouchers, nor any apologies. Very disappointing. On our next treatment visit I will seek a different hotel.
