This is a fantastic traveler hotel.nRooms aren't fancy, but they are really good and clean. Lots of charge points.nGood tv wth lots of streaming options.nI love my rubber ducky.nnThe whole place is Clean in a way you don't expect at this price point.nnThe staff is great!nCarmen handled the most charming and accommodating check in.nDave was super fast when I needed help.nnThe whole vibe is wonderful.nnI travel a lot. This place is exceptional.nAbsolutely recommend and would return.

I'm not sure where to begin because this place is great! Got a king size bed on the 2nd floor of the back side of the hotel not overhanging the parking lot so it's really quiet. The concrete floors muffle the sounds from above. Rooms are almost completely dark but I did use an eye mask. Coffee and tea plus a microwave in the room. The pillows were really firm and high, but we found the soft pillows in the closet fresh and ready to go wrapped in plastic bags. Iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.nnThe lobby has free coffee and tea, and a water purifier ionizer to fill your own water bottle. I discovered another water purifier inside the gym room which was located next to our room.nnThe shuttle bus to the airport is prompt running every 30 minutes starting at 4:00 a.m. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the way customer service should be.nHighly recommend and will return.

I’ve stayed at most of the airport hotels in Richmond and this one is the best. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle is great. The long term parking option is reasonable and the area seemed safe. I went down to the lobby for a coffee in the morning and the house keeping staff were having a meeting. I could overhear them talking about how to improve things and discuss feedback from the guests. They really take pride in their work and it was great to hear them laughing and enjoying each other’s company. We just returned from a multi week long trip and we thought the bed at Accent inn was the most comfortable out of any of rooms we recently stayed! I can’t wait to return :

I've stayed here twice now and both times it's been great.  The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and we all loved the rubber duckies and cute quotes on things throughout the room.  The location is super convenient right off highway 99 and even on the side that faces the highway the rooms are quiet at night.  This is my first choice for staying in Vancouver.

We stayed at the Accent Inn the night before leaving to Europe, and the day we got back!nWe had a great sleep before travelling and the best sleep when we returned! Made it so much easier to go the last leg home!nnThe rooms are very clean, the beds are to die for and so comfortable!!!nThe staff are always friendly, helpful, and very pleasant!!nnI totally recommend staying at their establishments for a great sleep every time!!nnThanks to Accent Inn
