Loved my stay at this hotel. Each room has a private access from the outside. Which is great in the summer when I stayed here. They accommodated my request for bottom floor at the back so I had a quiet room. The hotel demonstrates a great sense of humour by way of giving occupants a rubber duck. The theme mugs are a great touch and I just had to purchase my favourite mug when I checked out. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasantly surprisingly enjoyable visit at this hotel. The airport shuttle was always prompt to arrive. The hotel rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable and we had a good laugh at the humorous touches around the room. When the airport shuttle was too full in the morning, the hotel paid for our taxi to the airport, which arrived before the shuttle had even left. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on layovers through Vancouver.

Nice location, clean room, very easy shuttle for airport! I appreciate it a lot for their help for my mom who was arrived but don’t speak English. She was being kindly helped out through the pick up at airport and room check in! Both receptionist are on top! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to others

The service here was excellent! We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise on Sunday morning. We were exhausted and fully expected to only be able to drop our luggage. The front desk clerk got us a room right away and arranged a ride to airport at 3:45 am the next morning. The room was superb and the whole atmosphere is cute - highly recommend!!

Very convenient and well maintained. The front staff were extremely helpful and polite. For those that are noise sensitive, it is located beside a highway and sounds of traffic can be heard. That being said, this is a hotel that is close to the airport in a very busy area so some noise should be expected.
