I called the hotel to inquire about the possibility of checking in early, and Armish was incredibly helpful. He provided me with detailed information about the hotel’s policy regarding early and late check-out, as well as the permitted times. His genuine kindness and compassion truly made a positive difference in my experience.
A nice experience with our stay at this hotel during a lengthy layover. The hotel is clean with a nice view from the executive floor.nnThis hotel does offer complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport but the service isn’t the most reliable. We had to call the hotel a few times to be able to secure a ride from the airport. The ride is about 10 minutes so this is more convenient than some of the other options.nnNote: If you’d like to book, call the hotel to see if they can offer any discounts.
Hotel was okay. Other than very dirty sheer curtains under the blackout curtains , a dirty bathroom door and the fact the room was very dated. Staff when we were checking out were very friendly . Having the simple amenity of coffee available in the lobby in the mornings like most hotels have now would be great too. Wouldn't stay here again.
The shuttle didn't show on time, but I might not have seen it as it is not like other shuttles with 'Grand Park' written hugely across the vehicle. The room I got was beautiful. I felt safe, comfortable, and in luxury. I didn't realize there would be a bathtub in the bathroom. That was a great surprise. The hotel is located around many eateries and stores for practically any needs. I ended up going to T&T Supermarket, where they offer hot meals and ready-made teas and boba. I had a nice walk around town, then a relaxing evening. This was more than satisfactory for a layover stay in! Thank you
We arrived to find out the restaurant has shut down today. There was no mention on their website when I checked this morning.nThey claim they didn't know it was happening yet have started serving breakfast as of tomorrow so would seem they had some heads up.nHere overnight before flying out and chose a hotel with an on-site restaurant for convenience.nDisappointed
