Don't expect to be able to check in early. Called and asked if it was possible was given the option 1:30 or 2pm. Originally picked 1:30pm because my flight arrived earlier than expected. I was hoping to get checked in and get some rest after a long flight. Was then told 2pm is better. I agreed and showed up just before 2pm and was told no rooms where available and to come back around 3 or 3:30pm to see if it was possible. Thanks for wasting my time.nnHotel rooms are also dated and dirty. Walls have stains on them dust everywhere. More like a motel than a hotel.
This was my worst experience at a hotel! I am so disappointed with the extremely low quality and the excessive filth. My only concern from today until a month from now will be whether or not I’ve been affected by bed bugs. Initially, we were given a room on the second floor. The view from the room was of dirt and completely unkempt plants, which made it feel like we were in a basement. But the real issue arose when I saw dead and live insects all over the doors and walls. I went to the reception, and they moved me to a room on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, this room was just as dirty as the previous one, but I had no choice since I had already paid, and they don’t offer refunds, so canceling the reservation was not an option. The toilet bowl was so old and dirty that it was yellow. The ceiling was covered in stains that I couldn’t tell whether they were from food or dead insects. The curtains were filthy and grimy. The window latch was broken, letting cold air into the room since it couldn’t close completely. The hotel courtyard was full of rats, and the room smelled old and dirty. And worst of all, in the middle of the night, I noticed a very strange bug on the table. Because of how disgusted I was, I left the hotel early in the morning and returned at the last possible moment to minimize the time spent in that filthy place. Now, as I mentioned, I’m stressed that I might have brought some bugs home with me. I’ll just share a few photos so you can judge for yourself.
I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to end our our 10 day trip. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating and made sure we had a room early for one of our party members whose daughter needed a breathing treatment. There was a comfortable lobby/lounge area for the rest of us to relax and wait in with bathrooms just feet away. They also had a free coffee machine and snacks for purchase as well. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, mostly Asian, which suited us just fine. We walked not even a block to get a great dinner at Matsuyama. There’s also a McDonalds very close by for those who don’t like Asian foods. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a mini fridge and a microwave. There is also a free shuttle to the airport which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel to begin with. Overall, it was a great stay and I’m happy we chose this hotel.
During my recent stay, I experienced several disappointments. The room was not clean, with visible dust on surfaces and stained sheets. The room decor just seemed very outdated. The air conditioning was loud, and the toilet seat five sizes too small for the toilet, and no water pressure from the shower! This hotel doesn't even offer free parking for hotel guests! The fee is $10/day to park at the lot. The overall experience was way far from what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
We were incredibly disappointed by the service at this hotel. The room had clearly not been cleaned as there were several large stains on our bedding. Despite calling themselves an airport hotel, the shuttle was consistently late and we waited an hour at the airport before the shuttle arrived, even after letting the hotel know we would be there. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to get to the airport on time.
