La Quinta Inn Vancouver Airport

Very happy with this hotel. Comfy memory foam type beds. All staff our family interacted with were excellent. We appreciate friendly helpful service. It seems they have staff who can speak different languages. The breakfast is good standard Canada fare, but get there early. The only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t hot and the water had scum on the surface. Recommend. Friendly service and good beds.

Though not a Holiday Inn, La Quinta Inn is good for it's money, i.e. it offers variety of amenities at a level more like a home than a hotel. One particular staff is also friendly, nothing to complain about during my short stay here. One thing that deserves to be pointed out is that the hotel may not have a kitchen, it does offer a microwave in a dining area (with seating provided) near the lobby for the guests to use. It's really a wonderful feature for those on a budget when you can buy food from outside and reheat it for consumption later. Hot and cold water plus coffee and tea are accessible and complimentary to the guests around the clock.

Good hotel for the price. It was quite cheap, but it was a good 3 star hotel. Some parts of the hotel was showing its age, such as carpets and shower. Good location with proximity to restaurants and shops, but it is located right in the path of some flights landing and taking off from Vancouver airport. Some of them were quite noisy.

A good stay kinda close to the airport. There is no shuttle after 9:30 at night so the cab ride is about $20. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very busy. I always love a good lobby waffle.

We needed a room to stay to attend a Christmas party nearby. This is a no-frill but a really good one though.. room was big.. clean.. had a funky smell.. not sure what it is.. almost like maybe before it was a smoking room? So it still is lingering.. hope that makes sense. But overall a good stay
