Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport - Richmond

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and in a great location. 5 -10 minutes walk to the Skytrain, free parking, and shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was great and the check-in/check-out was simple and easy. Fast and efficient. Housekeepers were nice and quite witty, as the front desk staff was very considerate as well as friendly. Would recommend and definitely go again

I stayed here for business and am not usually an IHG guest. The staff was super accommodating and gave me and upgraded room with a king bed. The house keeping staff is super friendly and anytime you walk by the say hello and wish you a great day. The breakfast in the morning is normal for a hotel nothing super amazing to report their. However their coffee and tea selection is great. They are renovating and the new renovations were amazing! Only downside is a Costco next door with late night truck deliveries. They seem to be aware of the issue and working on correcting it.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay here. We were on the newly renovated floor. Very nice. Great location, close to sky train. Staff was very helpful with maps and directions. Breakfast hardy and healthy. We would definitely recommend this location.

Great location, clean and quiet room. The breakfast has lots of room for improvement however. The pancake is neither fluffy nor soft. The Turkish sausage is dry and lack of any flavor. Somehow the plate, cups, knife and forks were put in three separate places and are not intuitive to find.

I stay here regularly as I am in Vancouver often for business. The hotel's recently been renovated, the rooms are clean and contemporary. I like the big desk and (finally) lots of plugs etc above the desk surface for easy access. The one thing I dont care for is the breakfast. They renovated that area, and for some reason, they took a well laid out space and made it choppy and not well laid out. Plates are here, knives and forks on the other side of the room, cups and coffee somewhere else. The food is meh, it's big on stodge -- breads, cereals, pancakes etc , plus I don't eat pork so when they have pork sausage, western omelettes and bacon on the same day I eat elsewhere. No real consideration for those who do not eat those foods and all HIE hotels have the same menu.
