Holiday Inn Express Vancouver Airport - Richmond

This hotel served it's purpose. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and it was affordable. The location isn't scenic by any means- we had a view of the Costco parking lot, but we needed a room to stay the night before a flight and it was perfect for that. We were also able to easily walk to moxies for dinner! It was a quick drive to the airport in the morning.

Have stayed here a few times in the last couple of years.nGood value for Richmond. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice amenities including fitness centre and free breakfast.nNote that rooms on the north end tend to be a bit noisier at night as they are closer to and face the loading dock at Costco.

After comparing my stay at another 4-star hotel, the value for money of this hotel has drastically decreased. I basically found out I could pay the same price to stay at a four-star hotel minus the free breakfast Which was nice to have but not a must-have. The quality of the food was just passable.nI found the noise from the Costco near by to be pretty significant and it is a deal breaker for me.nThe rooms were passable for a three-star hotel but I must say the noise level from the hallway and adjacent rooms was significant!nThe distance to the nearest sky train station was approximately a 20 minutes walk.nThe front desk was not very enthusiastic to see us, unlike the front desk at the four-star hotel.nThe closeness to the airport and the free airport shuttle were the two most likable features of this hotel.

We have been there many times with my son. we go to Vancouver at least 3 times a year for Medical App at BC children hospital and we stay at this Holliday Inn all most of the times. the rooms are always clean and the one time there was an issue and we needed some toilet paper it was rectified immediately. the staff is always friendly and the complementary breakfast is great.

Close to the airport. The train was a 10 minute walk and downtown was 7 stops a way. It was easy to get into town and back. The continental breakfast was great and the parking garage was well controlled and I felt my car was very safe. The staff was wonderful
