Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport- Richmond

Stayed here 1 night as a stop on our trip and the hotel was just what we needed. Clean and welcoming with a friendly staff. Kenneth was extremely nice and informative. Told us of all the places to eat nearby. He even loaned us 2 umbrellas to use while visiting the Vancouver Night Market. Enjoyed the work out room the morning we left. We would stay here again.

Pretty good hotel, we would stay again. It was a good base to be about a 45 minute drive to Vancouver with traffic. Just wish there was breakfast included. Parking is a little tight.nnThe biggest negative was the bed in our room. It was so soft and squishy that our backs were hurting each day. And the left side of it had a massive hole/spring break, as if a bowling ball was dropped on the bed. This made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Stopped here overnight whilst in transit to a cruise. Our room was large, clean and the bed & pillows very comfortable. Dove brand products in the bathroom were a great bonus. The air con unit was incredibly noisy and its groaning woke us several times during the night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is OK but a bit out of the way.

The staff was very nice. The room was great. I wanted to be in a room near my sister, and they had no problem accommodating. I did think breakfast was included, but it was not. We did have to wait at the airport for almost an hour for the shuttle, then driver drove like a maniac!!

We stayed at this hotel after a late flight, the check in process was seamless. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff there are attentive and caring. I would stay there again and again.nA big shout out to Joyce for being attentive and caring about the guests and their experience. Amazing :
