This hotel was great! The airport shuttle was nice and there reception staff are lovely and very helpful! There convenience store sells Compass Day passes/Tickets for Tourists and people who are wanting to take public transit. The elevator is great because you need a guest card to access the elevator and other levels of the hotel so that's a great security feature. The rooms were amazing and were clean and the beds were soft and comfy. Really enjoyed this place and next time I come to Vancouver, I probably would come back here!

Great hotel. I stay here a lot for work. Good food, breakfasts, and coffee bar. Nice rooms. The big issue is that it's hard to get to the train from here. Best thing to do is to get a day pass in the hotel and then walk to the bus stop, take the bus to the train.

I've stayed here many times for work. It's in a good location, next to a bus stop, walking distance to the outlet mall or they will shuttle you there. Nice walk to some grocery stores and other shopping. The staff is good and the concierges are great!!

Went to the Red Cedar conference room for a work presentation. They had breakfast catered for us. The staff was very polite. Breakfast was a full speed and was very fresh and yay. The tables were maintained well by the wait staff. Good experience

Nicely located near the airport and a short drive to all amenities in Richmond. Hotel is in good shape but a little dated. Bed was very comfortable. No housecoat in room. Fitness center is nice. Great food and service at attached restaurant (Pier 73). Surprised us with a card and chocolates for our anniversary. Good value for the dollar.
