Good customer service but not many people to help out. We had to wait more than 30 mins to talk to a sales person. Sales person was really nice and helpful. Not many products on display. Only latest phone, tablets and few other electronics are available. I thought experience store would have more products on the display Free parking available near the mall.
The assistant manager Harpreet knows what she's doing and she provided 10/10 service. I wish she could be the support I get from my phone provider however that is wishful thinking. Great communication, beautiful store and highly knowledgeable.
We visited the store during Black Friday Weekend and were helped immediately!! Dimitri was incredible and extremely kind. He knew what he was talking about and he gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision possible. He was extremely patient with us since we spent a lot of time in the store. For checkout, both Dimitri and Manpreet were very communicative and transparent about the contracts and deals that we were signing up for. Overall AMAZING experience!!! We left with 3 phones and a bunch of accessories. We've never left a store this happy about the service and the products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I rarely leave reviews, but we went in tonight to upgrade 2 Samsung phones on an existing Rogers plan and received amazing service from Qasim K. He matched the offer that Rogers had and there was a far greater selection of devices. We had to wait a bit as they were very busy, but if service everywhere was this good, it would be worth the wait. 5 stars.
Love my new Galaxy S21 FE 5G - great phone - super fast - bright displays, compliments well with the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 i got along with it. Got the wireless charger and cables. Only thing now missing is just the wireless headphones I'll hopefully get at another time. Big shout out to Associates Jagdeep and Dimple for all their knowledge, patience, and amazing customer service they provided. They are brilliant!
From day 1 til we purchased our new phones, Patrick showed top notch customer service. Dimple and Happy were also very kind and supportive in doing our data transfer despite the busy Sunday. Great customer service!

Kyle M, Store Manager is one of the best Samsung Employees I have ever met, bar none. I usually come every year on Black Friday to check out deals. Do not trust Samsung Galaxy Trade in program!! This program is a very elaborated way to lure people to purchase their fold or flip phones. I was using Galaxy Trade In program for Galaxy Flip 4 with a trade-in of a mint condition Galaxy S20. At first, the website stated estimated value for the mint condition Galaxy S20 to be $200. Once sent in, the trade in immediately dropped to $80 stating that there are dents/scratches which is not the case at all. I know this is a trend or corporate tactic because I had another family member trading in the same way and received the same message. That was a mint condition Galaxy S21 and value went from promised $300 to $120, stating the same exact thing, using the exact same words. It is as though the company just slashes 60% of the value automatically. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. This is coming from me, a user of multiple generations of Samsung phones all the way back to Galaxy S7. Because of this, Samsung will not get my business from my family and I in the future.
Michael and Dimple were great!!!! Michael helped with choosing the right phone galaxy 53 which was well needed . And Dimple made sure that everything was transferred into my new phone just how I left it. I am so grateful !! Keep up the great customer service.
