Best Buy

I had not had great experiences with Best Buy in the past, but I went to the North Queen store and was surprised and delighted with the service. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly and they went out of their way to meet my expectations without making me feel bad about all the challenges I threw at them. Impressed!

The new managers name is Ajay. All this guy Ajay did was followed me around the store because I had a phone case in my hand that was worth $35,00 dollars. This is a great way to ruin your. business.

Staff is usually nice but they should get things in order. Reserve one thing but they give you another saying the can't find the item that's reserved. Luckily some employees look for your item... However, some employees are unhelpful, they don't even check for what you're looking for. Apple department has great workers, cell phone department is okay too. Geek Squad is sketchy, they try to over charge you by telling lies about your repair. Overall this isn't a bad store.

Lots of staff at this store to direct me to what I was looking for...but person didn’t stick around to answer any questions. That’s not good customer service therefore my overall store rating was lowered. Made a $39.99 purchase for an iPad protective case after I requested for and received an Amazon price match. Five star for this part of the shopping experience!

I came home and my new 65" TV was missing the screws for the stand, making the TV virtually inoperable. I called Samsung and they suggested I return the TV and get a new one just to get the screws. However, this would be incredibly inconvenient since I would have to repackage everything and bring it back, and you guys would need to sell a refurbished TV so it would cost you too. I have been trying to contact someone about this for literally 2 hours on the phone. If you have any question as to why someone would rate your service a 1, please for the love of God, try and speak with a human at ANY touch point throughout your system. Your system routes me to the local store and nobody REGARDLESS OF DEPARTMENT picks the phone up. I gave up trying to get through your completely useless system and decided to go to my local Rona (since the Best Buy is 45 mins away and Rona is 5) to just buy the screws listed on the instructions. THE EXACT SCREWS LISTED don't fit. I then tried once again to contact your store during regular business hours and entered a constant loop where the phone rings for about 3 minutes and then boots me back to the main menu. I can't understand why anyone, after ever attempting to contact your support, would EVER purchase anything from your company again. Please, anyone reading this review - PLEASE do yourself a favour and purchase your item at ANY OTHER ELECTRONICS RETAILER in the country. If you run into a problem, you may actually get to resolve it. I'm now going to repack the TV and return it and just buy the damn thing somewhere else. I'd have better customer service returning to a street corner where I bought a stolen TV off the back of a truck.
