The Source

They are only getting one star because that's the lowest rating I can give. I had the worst experience. I went in to buy an IPAD to use for Internet only. The sales associate started asking me about my cellphone plan and how much I paid every month. I said that I did not want to change providers (I am with Rogers and the Source is a Bell dealer), but the associate said he was not trying to change my provider "But how much do you pay each month for your cell phone?" I said "I'm not changing!" and he asked me yet again "How much do you pay for you cellphone?" At this point I said " I don't need the product!" and walked out. If this is how you treat your customers, I am never doing business with your organization again.

The employee are always scamming customers. The employees are rude and not helpful. All staff huddle chit chatting their life away! Not very good look for the source.

Made the odd purchase here (never anything big ticket) and never had any issues. Yeah, they're a little pushy when it comes to trying to get you on a phone or internet or TV plan, but considering the fact it's owned by Bell Canada, what do you expect? Customer service is generally just okay otherwise but I do appreciate that they were good enough to swap out my headphones which crapped out THE DAY after the exchange period ended. They didn't have to and I would have been left shipping them back to the manufacturer, so I got to give them props for that.

I purchased a Samsung tab E on black Friday and was quite pleased with attention both my young saleswoman and the manager gave me as a 71 yo non techie. I was told that I could come back another day when it was not as busy for help. I did and Ahmed was very helpful and patient so I could become more familiar with my devise. The lack of instruction after purchasing Samsung products is one reason people chose Apple. I am very satisfied with purchasing from the Source.
