This is our first time ordering electronics online....specifically audio. We were a little nervous at first but took the plunge. I have to say that 1. The service is fantastic!!! Very impressed. 2. Any and all questions were answered in a respectful manner and tone over the phone. 3. We recommend. If you want to get something from truetone electronics we recommend as you will not be disappointed . Have fun shopping.

I would like to thank both Neil and Bill for their professionalism. At any point i have wanted or needed to purchase any audio/visual products, my first and only stop has been Trutone. Neil is very thorough and his knowledge is incredible. He helped me make a decision that i believe i will be very happy with for many years to come. Neil, thanks for all you do and i look forward to: spreading the word about the customer care that Trutone exhibits as well as continuing to purchase from Trutone and that goes for my dad as well. The selection of high-end audio and video equipment is impressive and the prices are competitive. What sets this shop above most others though is the staff. They're knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy.

Finally some has Panasonic. I got the Pani and my brother the Sony. Same day. I wont waste my time anywhere else.

Excellent store for those of us that like high quality audio components and top grade cables. I use to always go downtown to buy my audio equipment, big mistake.. Truetone (I must drive by at least four times a week but I never went in. Big mistake), these guys know there stuff and they carry all ranges of product. From “I wish I could afford that” to “hey that’s a great price”. Very knowledgeable about issues. Not the Best Buy “my stereo is doing this” and their responce of either “I don’t know” or “buy a new one”. I actually asked a BB employe which of their speakers were 6 ohms. His response “what’s an ohm”. So do yourself a favour and check these guys out. Friendly and very eager to help. On the rare occasion they don’t have an answer they find out the answer, they don’t just make stuff up to complete a sale. They are also excellent if you need a stylus for your Pro-Ject turntable or an upgrade (like I did) to a better stylus. I use to go to Bay Bloor but these guys are so much better. At Bay Bloor if you are not buying a $5000 turntable you tend to get a dismissive sales rep. I went in to buy a phono amp at truetone and the manager spent about 20 minutes with me showing me some of their other equipment. Very nice man as was the sales person that rang my order up. But more then anything I liked the respect for they show their customers. I have long hair and I am usually in jeans and a tshirt. You would be surprised how often a sales person dismissed me based on my personal style. Truetone talked to me like they would a guy in a $2000 suite. Truetone, class act all the way!
