Factory Direct

It's got a couple bargains but basically a lot of stuff is refurbished or sold on TV infomercials. There's a very short return policy so you're taking your chances when buying. If you do buy from here and it's electronic, open the box and plug it in to see if it works. They let you do that as long as you do all the work. If the item you're buying is supposed to have a remote control, again open to ensure it's there. Some stuff is brand new buts all the low end stuff.

First of all, this place is called “Factory Direct” for a good reason. It is knock out items. This place is messy because of us “customers”. We take products and never think to put it back where we got it from. A lot think the product will walk back into the shelves by itself. People are great and helpful. Remember people who are working in this location are humans too. We all have duty and part of being clean should be amount all of us not just the store.

Easily the most ass-backward way to order ever. Placed an order online to pickup in-store. Arrive at the store, only to find that the item hasn't been shipped yet? Apparently, when you order from their website for store pickup, they ship it from the warehouse, even if they have it in stock. Seeing as they had it in stock, the clerk offered to cancel the order and sell me the in-stock item... but he couldn't find the item! I wasn't surprised, considering the complete state of disarray that the entire store was in. I asked for another item that was also shown as in-stock, and, not surprisingly, it was also nowhere to be found. Save yourself the aggravation, and shop elsewhere at any cost.

A variety of merchandise but the store is dirty and disorganized. Many things don't have prices. Staff not very helpful. It has really gone downhill compared to when it was located on the north side of the street.

Great prices no doubt and when you can find an available staff member, they are pretty knowledgeable. They do however have one of the worst exchange or refund policies out of any store and it's usually a task and chore just to get something exchanged, good luck with the refund, and if you don't have a receipt you're pretty much lost any chance of an exchange or refund
