Great store. Keep your receipt for returns. They insist that they cannot return goods that have had cables/wires inside box opened. Twice I've purchased items here that had cables or missing parts in boxes. Luckily I discovered this the same day and returned with no hassle.

This location has changed in the past 7 months. It was my go to store for service and product .My last two experience were somewhat less than positive. Quoted $100 to install a battery in my laptop (I was providing the battery, their suggestion), the Vaughn location installed it for $25. Also was looking for a docking solution, counted 9 associates on the floor, not one of them approached me to ask if I required assistance.

I feel like this is one of their bigger locations, and the selection is great! They seem to always have exactly what I need, even when I can't find it anywhere else! The staff are always helpful and their store policies are great. Everything is laid out in an effective way that makes it easy to find.

I came in here to purchase 2 specific items from the store. I would have ordered them online, but they were out of stock online. The first item was behind the cash register and I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times and each time they would reach for the wrong item. The other item was on the shelves however someone reorganized the store and no one could find it. Their stock system also had the wrong location for the item. Eventually the 3rd person I asked knew where to look. The location is neat, clean and the staff are friendly. Prices are decent as well. I just wish the staff were more informed.

I bought a refurbished laptop. the battery included with the refurbished laptop is "not supported". and it does not charge. Update: - The very next day I went and brought it to their customer support area. - They diagnosed the problem and provided me with a replacement battery. - Very professional and they were quick to solve the issue. - It was free too! Good staff! Thanks for the good service.
