Dealt with Sandro I believe. Amazing guy definitely knew his audio, talking about my  set up he knew exactly what speakers I was using, which I bought 20 yrs ago. Gave me great advice on how to incorporate my old rears into the new setup.

Meant to post this sooner, however, better late than never.  Earlier in the year I was looking for an amplifier and checked out this location as it's close to my work. I met Sandro who is best described as a mix between The Rock and Tony Robbins. He has great people skills and lots of energy, but most of all knows his stuff. Took the time to help me understand the different options and was very positive even when I wanted to look at a few other options elsewhere. I ended up returning and purchasing what he recommended. Great experience and happy with the amp.

Some good deals to be had here on clearance. Staff that actually know what they are talking about most of the time. Good selection of high end audio equipment. Support local!

I asked the manager of this store if he could match a price for me when I gave the item I wanted him to match he said the other store is offering it on line with a shipping cost I called the other store they said of course you can come in and buy the item  for the sale price .I also called the other 2001 video store in Brampton they told they would more then happy to match the price for me I don’t know why this manager would be so difficult for 10$ I will not shop at this store

Good sale on  ....beat Best Buy on same model by $120 & got a 2 year warranty vs 1 @ Best Buy

Very good selection and stock. Had stock of TV that is sold out everywhere. The customer service booth offer the phone and in store was nothing short than spotless. Chris helped out and gave very good advice on even on how ro unpack properly the TV.

I've made multiple purchases at this location over the years.  I only deal with Christian because he knows his stuff, is extremely helpful and honest and has provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever received.  I recommend this place 100% - so much better than the big box electronic shops where nobody ever wants to help you out.  Thanks AV 2001!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Chris has helped  me to trouble shoot my TV and l was impressed with his knowledge, patience and willing to help after l purchased TV in their store. Chis is really an expert in his field. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store.
