Got an starter installed and bought a head unit for my car. Starter install was done quick and is working perfectly. Had a pleasure dealing with Sam sadly he moved to a different location. Edit: called in to speak with someone about getting another remote starting installed in my wife’s car. I was put on hold then told they were busy and would call me back. That was at 3:25pm The women on the phone took my number and name down but know one ever called me back. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as I don’t feel the need to play telephone tag.

I wanted to thank Jim from your Customer Care department for his excellent and rapid feedback to taking care of a problem I had. Also, I want to thank Julius (Manager at your Dundas Street store, Mississauga), for the outstanding job he did in making sure we left the store with pure satisfaction. He was prompt, caring and absolutely knows how to treat his customers. It was very refreshing to see this type of excellent service. Thank you, Visions Electronics for a wonderful shopping experience. We will definitely be shopping there in the future and telling our friends about your store!

Not satisfied with this place. Coming into this store and making my first purchase there of headphones I was excited about this new store but unfortunately I had to come back to the store to get my headphones replaced after they broke from opening them the day after I purchased them. The manager gave me a different set of headphones in replacement that were about $100 on shelf which were the tiesto headphones that he said a lot of people are raving about and claimed that these were good quality. After not even 2 months the plastic of my second pair of headphones broke for the second time. This is completely frustrating, I had to come back into the store and was told to deal with the audio fly company directly which manufactures the headphones who are located in Australia. The quality of these headphones is brutally cheap and unreliable.

I visited this Store for the very first time. I have never heard of Visions Electronics. I was greeted very pleasantly by three staff members as I walked in. I was in the market for a new Receiver, Amplifier and Speakers for my Home Theatre System. Ibrahim Vaid served me and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If there was something he didn't know he found the answer. Excellent Customer Service skills and technical skills Ibraham. Thank you. He had to attend other customers, then Mike Haynik continued to serve me and complete my sale. Mike was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust him. SUPER JOB Mike and Ibrahim!! You guys are great! I not only saved a ton of money, but also received quality products, excellent service and peace of mind knowing my products will out last any other product in the market. Visions sells only high end quality products at low prices. They are unbeatable in price and service. I am certain of it! Thank you Mike and Ibrahim for an excellent electronics shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good customer service. They sell a wide variety of electronics and have very fair prices.
