I love that you can now find a healthy, fairly priced meal after security at YVR international. The salmon is wild of course and the bannock is perfect. The salad was fresh and yummy. The hibiscus soda was delicious. The service was also fantastic. Thanks Salmon and Bannock for sharing your delicious food with us at this new outlet.

Finally, a delicious and healthy option at YVR! You definitely get what you pay for; and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The salmon was tender and the bannock was warm and fluffy. A must stop while you wait for your flight.Food: 5/5
