Jjang Korean BBQ

It's extremely difficult to get a table unless you arrive at 5 p.m. or have a reservation. There are a lot of people working there, and the service is fantastic. Food is fairly priced and of high quality. We definitely ordered too many foods because we didn't expect such a large portion.

I would have give it 10 star if I could. You put your order on your phone and the moment you peas sent the order is on your table. They have server at your table at all time helping you if you need. Victor was our server and he was so kind and helpful with the whole process. The food was amazing. The soy garlic fried chicken was just perfect. The have very modern design. It’s perfect for social gathering. They have a deodar machine and it pretty coolIt one of those places that you MUST TRY!

From service to food, I can give it 5/5 Tasty and great meat quality. Amazingly good. Great atmosphere and cool interior designs. I was pretty impressed by the taste of sauce and meat quality. I think I finally found my personal favorite Korean BBQ restaurant in Metro Vancouver. See you soon!

We came here for the birthday celebration and the staff was incredible! The interior is fun and modern - it reminds me of a nightclub. We brought a cake and they stored and served it for us for no extra fee. The service was stellar, the staff was so friendly and genuine. They refilled our waters and side dishes and our other needs extremely quickly. We dropped a pair of chopsticks and they replaced it for us almost faster than it took for us to pick it up! To order, we simply place it on our phones which was very convenient. We were able to see our order total before we confirmed our order. I would avoid any of the combos that are “off the menu” as we calculated the cost difference between ordering everything individually and it came with either no savings or even more expensive. I think the biggest combo offered some savings but it was almost negligible. Just order what you want directly from the menu : The food was so delicious. I really loved everything, especially the cooked dishes. I really loved the japchae not pictured it came with large portions and was well prepared. I recommend the cheese egg roll, its perfect for a large table and was super cheesy inside : They treated us with a complimentary sweet potato croquette for our birthday guest! I was very impressed with this place and would love to come back!

The atmosphere is what attracted my visit and it didn't disappoint. The menu choices were very limited in that there is essentially only beef or pork 3 choices and one seafood item that is cooked for you. I was expecting a much more meaningful selection. The pork belly color is unnatural, or at least different from what it should usually look, though it tasted fine, I was wary. The height of the chairs feels too low for the height of the table which makes it quite uncomfortable. Go for the atmosphere.

Full house when we arrived for dinner reservation, definitely a nice gathering spot. Meat were fresh & tasty, with good portion too. It‘s a BBQ/bar with cool interior, blue/silver tone decos made it fancier. The service was efficient & fast, not much wait time. The only thing was that air exhaust system doesn’t work really well, more seem like a deco as smoke everywhere, no sign of smoke sucking‍ so you would smell like BBQ after.

Excellent food and service. We ordered Thick-cut Pork Belly, Marinated LA Galbi, Premium Short Ribs etc. They are juicy and delicious. Last but not the least, Joyce is very nice and helpful in serving us :

Was seated very fast. There was about 5 server around and around 7-8 tables occupied including us. We ordered the food 10min after being seated. We got 1 dish out of the 6 we ordered while the rest came out after waiting for 30mins yes I checked the time on the print out of the order. The table next to us came in 10 min after us but yet most of their food came before us cooked plus raw meat for bbq while our table sits mostly empty. I had to check with the server multiple times about this. All the server said was they would check on our food. Overall I didn’t have a good dine in experience. The food was mediocre. Servers are slow and lack of awareness. The food was awfully slow at-least on my order.

My family had dinner last night here. The staff was taking a GOOD care of us. One of the best customer service among BBQ restaurants. Not to mention, food was tasty and high quality meat. I will come back for sure!!

Good service with a bit of wait, but it’s all worth it!!! Recommend the Premium Short Rib and Angus Beef Rib Eye!!! It also has a large selection of drinks! Also not to forget to mention about the fried chicken and soft tofu stew. Give it a try!!
