Real Canadian Superstore Heritage Meadows Way

I just wanted to shout out to Wilson who was on Self Checkout by himself tonight. My juice wouldn't scan and I waited while he was trying to help everyone while their checkouts kept asking for assistance.. lol.nGood job holding the fort down dude!

I shop at Superstore for convenience, location and price compare to similar stores, however when it comes to Customer Service I have to say that is really poor.nnWhen you reach to employees on the aisle is like “begging” for help; at the tilt, particularly at Self checkout, OMG; at the CS stand: depends on the mood of the staff.nnSuperstore needs to retrain their staff on CSR.

I do the express shopping. And the produce choices are well chosen, however the wait is so so so long! I'd be willing to pay more if it means more employees working the express. I shop with my kids so the pick up is so convenient - but I understand for more convince it costs. I've actually started just going in because it ends up being similar in time.

Horrible store nothing was stocked, seemed like everything was so un organized the aisle didn't make any sense. Felt like I was going into a cold dark car park walking in front of the building all the way to the other side of the store because they closed the second entrance. Horrible store can't stress that enough!

I can always find what I need here. There is a great selection of products with great prices. It's nice having a Tim Horton's in the store because you sometimes like to have a coffee while you're shopping. I also like to use the optical section because you can get some good deals on glasses. However, one of the best things that the Real Canadian Superstore offers are the PC points. I ended up buying a patio set and a TV with my points.
