Me and my mother have been going to this clinic for a few years now. Before there used to be a lady who was very kind and was willing to listen. Nowadays there are two gentlemen who are doctors there. One with a beard who is very kind and willing to listen. However we have received the other doctor with no beard 3 times total. He however is quite rude and very very disrespectful and honestly has childish behaviour. Towards my mother especially. Once my mother went in while she was struggling with hormones as we women do, however he tried to push antidepressants at her. She was almost in tears trying to make him just listen. Finally he got mad and threw the anti depressants at her stating “there’s nothing you can do about hormone and..” other things related she was in such shock and such a dark state that she just said “okay” and walked out. Another time when I had him I had had strep. I told him that it wasn’t getting any better after my first prescription and asked if I could get another prescription. He said “no you don’t have it any more and you don’t need another prescription.” Now me being young I just walked out and told my mom and she took me to another clinic and they said that I had strep throat along with another oral infection. Again my mother returned last Monday and had gotten the same doctor. She has been worried about her lungs and was hoping to seek out a specialist. He was very rude and kept cutting her off. He said “I can’t recommend you for nothing” after she had stated that she has been a smoker for 25+ years along with she has trouble breathing when she sleeps. He did not care and tried walking away before asking “can I please finish what I’m trying to say” he responded with sitting down all messy as if throwing a tantrum. Yes a tantrum. And after she finished he said “are you done yet?” And she got an X-ray. Must say will NEVER be going back to him personally. He has been horrid
Filippino girl on the front desk is very unprofessional and a liar. I have been coming here for many years and stood in line for an hour to be first and the front desk attendant told me I have to book an appointment and told me it’s not a walk in clinic. I called her out on her lie and said I have been coming here for years as a walk in. She said you have to book it and it’s been like this since 2019. That’s a lie Highly recommend looking for another clinic as this one is no longer a good clinic. Run down, dirty looking and subpar at best.
The clinic opened at 9 am. I was there before 9 am as I was in a great deal of pain. The receptionist, who was very kind, informed us all that the doctor Dr. S. Elhaj Emhmed was not in yet and that he’d be there within the hour. Over an hour and a half later, the doctor showed up. Overall he was very curt and rude. He said nothing after checking my throat…he just left the exam room and came back with a prescription for antibiotics. I had to push him to listen to my symptoms and push him to tell me what was wrong with me. Even then he just said “probably strep”
Called to book an appointment got in that day and very fast as soon as I walked threw the door she said hello told her I had an appointment at 2 and she got me right in a room and the doctor was fast loved the service!!!thank you all
I have only been here a couple times as walk in. Have appointment next week will see if I have to wait. Last doctor different office was always at least 30 mins late
Absolutely terrible service. Called and called and called to find a new doctor and no one would pick up the phone. How can you rely on a doctor or doctors office when they won't even answer their phones? Just embarrassing.
Garbage place don’t answer their phone and treat their patients like trash. Would give zero stars if I could
Their booking system is the worst, no one picks up the call or return the call, if you walk-in then they ask you to book an appointment. Also, when you call on their number the automated machine says that go to the website to book an appointment, which also doesn’t work. They have also mentioned that doctor is accepting new patients on find your doctor. What a patient supposed to do?
Philippino girl on the front desk is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She told us twice that my dad's file has been transferred to a specialist. Then said it's at the head office, we called the head office they said it's at the branch. Then she said "we didn't transfer it yet" when I told her you told me twice you transferred it!! She said I "never said so" Get more professional people to work at the front desk, or train them, when people are sick in pain and need to go to a specialist, you can't be carless!!!
I’ve been going here for years. They used to be good. New doctors don’t care about you and I’ve been calling for a month straight never ever not once have they answered. Absolutely garbage service.
