I was a bit unsure about going here with the bad reviews, but it was Sunday and hard to find a place. We had a really good experience. The front staff was really nice & helpful, The doctor was great, the pharmacist was nice & quick. They could see how much pain my son was in & everyone was really helpful, nice & quick.
My daughter accepted Dr. Rehmani as family physician and had an appointment for yearly physical . She was around 40 minutes late . My daughter needed a referral for a psychiatrist but the doctor told her to meet her family physician for the referral. This doctor do not even know she is my daughter’s family physician! Probably did not to go through her medical records. After the mix up, I tried to talk with the doctor for a minute to understand the issue. The receptionist was rude and said doctor became busy and advised us to go to another family physician! To my surprise I did not know that people need to deal with two family physicians! Waste of our time and have weird experience! This doctor and the receptionist need to improve customer service skill and spent time with medical records beforehand to be able to treat patient properly.
I've been with this clinic since they've opened. I've had nothing but issues, but finding a family physician is extremely hard. I finally found one for my children, and my husband had no issues finding another male doctor, but I'm still struggling to find a female one. Now the clinic is saying that my female family physician may or may not come back and that if I don't want to wait I can start looking for a new one. WHAT?? I've been looking and even then, that's not how you deal with a client of yours with the, 'Too bad, so sad, figure it out for yourself' attitude! I'm not surprised this clinic has such poor ratings. The only thing good about this clinic is the pharmacy who always takes the time to get to know you and your family.
What can I say that hasn't already been said ? Came here at 2pm and just needed them to take a quick look at a growth on my hand, there was NO ONE inside . Was told that the doctor is leaving soon and not accepting patients . I understand your time is important , but didn't you become a doctor to help people? I was only asking for a few minutes of your time when you had NO CUSTOMERS.
Do not go here if you have a mental health concern as a walk-in!!! I arrived in the morning. I had no problem waiting if appointments were already booked. As time went by other walk-ins came through and were let in ahead of me. Eventually I had enough and approached the front desk, letting them know that my concerns are just a serious as anyone else's. They brought me in right after I confronted them. It is a terrible feeling when you aren't taken seriously. The front desk needs to do better.
If you ever walk into this clinic after seeing this may God help you. I was accepted at first and was even asked if i was okay to have a female doctor. I agreed to everything and i filled a form, met the doctor more than 2 times for the first 6 months. 3rd time i called to book an appointment they told me that my doctor was a way and will you accept to meet another doctor and i agreed to that. Again after 4 months which is today when i called to book my appointment as usual they told me that i do not have a family doctor here. In my opinion they gave my position to someone else after not going there constantly. How will i just be erased from the list?
Seriously the worst experience I have ever encountered when visit the doctor in my entire life. Dr John is such a terrible example for a doctor. I booked to see a doctor at 11 am and have to wait an hour after my appointment. The wait time is not the sole reason for 1 star review. After one hour of wait on Sunday morning, Dr John opened the Door and told me it's not an "urgent emergency" and ask me why come on Sunday morning to see the Dr for it. I told him my stomach bother me a lot and I want test for H-pylori vivus as it very common for People was born in southeast Asia. I told him, I work 6 days a week and 12-14 hrs a day. I only free Sunday and that is the reason I came in on Sunday and he just walk out to his office and sat down. Anyhow, I do not recommend this place at all especially "Dr" John.
I visit here only to see dr Zacharia. She's been my family Dr for well over 8 years. She's been patient and attentive. Front staff could be a lot nicer though. I've had mixed experiences. I wish there was a consistency in customer service there. Wait times are long and that is pretty Common. I feel that there is a lack of time management from the front desk. I went in with my husband once and I was done in 30 min while he waited 60 min and we went in at the same time in separate rooms. :/ I will always come back for dr Zakaria and my fav nurse I will repost with her name here.
Avoid this place at all cost. The doctor didn't know who was in which room, had a 30 second conversation with me and I didn't see him again. A nurse then handed me a sheet of paper and sent me to dynalife saying they would only call if there were problems. I got my blood work done and never heard back from the doctor which I thought was weird given the reasons for my blood test, I didn't like my experience so I went to another doctor 2 weeks later, when he pulled up my records it showed that my blood results were positive for the above mentioned 'problems' and I should have been notified immediately. Absolutely horrendous. You're better off diagnosing yourself on WedMD.
The dr.Robert Talbots-jones have not time to listen for Second patient problem but they have this sing on the wall … Unprofessionally … even don’t know how to talk with his patients
