Routes Car Rental

Routes was awesome. The staff was so friendly and ready to help! I have recommended this place to people already and I will always call them first! Tracey Fabulous is just that... FABULOUS! We forgot a package in the shop and she made sure that it was returned to me!! Great customer service!

My partner and I rented a car and am happy to say we were very pleased with the service. The shuttle was prompt and the customer service was excellent. Shout out to Tracy who was very kind and engaging with our children and made the experience a pleasure. Will certainly use Routes again and highly recommend to all. 5 stars!!

Rented in Edmonton, off-site service with free shuttle. I appreciated the "pick up when the customer is ready" approach, instead of waiting for a scheduled shuttle. Office staff were excellent, quite knowledgeable and exceptionally personable. I especially would like to thank tracy the fabulous, she was a joy to work with. I highly recommend and look forward to my next trip to Edmonton.

Lovely service staff. Quite enjoyed the famous Tracy Fabulous (yes she is a real person!). Was very kind to my small child, patient and engaging. The company is not at the airport but the shuttle was quick and took less than 15 minutes to be picked up and get the paperwork done. We will use Routes in Edmonton again, most definitely.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle that suited my needs, and at a great price too! I'd definitely use Routes again.
