Avis Car Rental

If outstanding customer service is important to you, then this Avis rental facility will provide it. On a recent business trip, I needed some extra support from staff when I was returning my rental vehicle. One employee immediately provided me with a prompt solution in such a compassionate way . Kudos to the wonderful Avis employee who helped me!! As one of your business customers, I know that AVIS will take care of me-- even when I am having a "difficult moment"!!!

One of the few companies I could find who both did a one way rental and at a sensible cost. Great modern cars and loads of sites. Only missed on 5* because not every location allows one way pick up...

Nice staff, good rates, wonderful cars. Great location, easy to pickup and drop off the car.

The people at Avis car rental were very helpful and got us the exact car we requested. We have no complaints about Avis at all. The only negative part of the car rental experience was at Edmonton airport you have to go outside and across multiple lanes of traffic (arrivals roadway) to get to the car rental area. They should have an enclosed "tunnel" to access this area. Edmonton Airport needs to improve their facility.

Great all around experience. Check your personal vehicle insurance prior to renting to avoid double paying insurance as it is $42/day on top of the rental price.
