Great service as usual from National and the fastest rental process as well. Getting the free upgrade to a nicer car is just icing on the cake.

Getting an email on my phone when I landed at the airport explaining emerald club and how I could bypass the check in counter. I loved choosing my own car from what was available

Fast and efficient car rent. Friendly stuff. Cars are in good condition, low mileage. Quite fast to get premium membership with advertised guaranteed upgrades, unfortunately during the last rent the upgrade was not possible due to lack of cars. Be sure to report all windshield scratches and marks prior to rent, the stuff say "that is not a problem at all" on all marks when you get the car, but thoroughly check and ask questions when you return. Just make sure you report everything you can see on the windshield.

The staff were great when I picked up my car. Being a regular with National - Emerald Club member - I was given a nice choice of cars to rent. That said, upon return, my form appeared incomplete and I was delayed and inconvenienced dropping my car off. This shouldn't happen as I was in a rush to catch an out of province flight and I had taken care of everything at the pick up time.
