Ridiculously over priced, and they don't even let you choose which car you would like to rent. If I'm paying out of my pocket to drive a car around, I would expect to be able to choose which one I want. Only cars available are mini vans/trucks. They have nicer cars (Mercedes Benz, BMW) but they're only available to rent if the car you own is from the same brand.. which honestly doesn't make any sense whatsoever to me. With that being said, don't waste your time dealing with this company, the Driving Force on 34th Ave has really nice cars for half the price (and that's including insurance)!!!

Booked a luxury car. Got a kia soul. Was not impressed. Asked for a discount due to the mixup was not given one. I'll go to budget next time.

I was given a vehicle due to an MVA in December. When doing the initial walkthrough the lady advised me they did not fill the tank all the way as it just showed up to location (it was 3/4 full). I was told not to worry and return the car at 3/4. She also pushed the extra insurance on me as I am under 25. She put it in terms as if it is necessary. So I added it and called my insurance right away. My insurance told me she should not have even offered that to me in the first place as they take care of that.
When returning it the gentleman advised me on the report they stated the tank was full. And I should be received a copy of the invoice.
Ummmm????No. Definitely not. It wasn't full, and I never received a single email.
I'm giving 2 stars as he disregarded the report and I went on my way will my full deposit. Can't remember your name. But thank you.
they really need to coach their staff on proper procedures. The girl may have seemed she knew what she was talking about, but clearly had no idea what she was doing.

Poor poor service. Go spend your money at Alamo (I rent with them about 4 times a month for work and always leave feeling like a valued customer) or maybe a different Enterprises location.
My car insurance sent me to enterprise for my car rental while mine is in the shop. That's probably what the problem is. The company is not making any money on insurance rentals and you are on the bottom of their list of priorities. When I went to pickup my car they didn't have any SUV's at the time and was told I was #1 on "the list" for a swap when one come available. About 5 mins later Adam (I think he was a manager) told another customer next me that he was expecting more suv's to come in later that afternoon. So i assumed that I would be getting a swap later this evening or tomorrow morning as they close early. No call. It's been a week know. The part that makes it so frustrating and annoying is that I drive by this location almost everyday on my way to work and I can see what they have to rent out. Today I saw at least 4 potentials to swap with.
I am currently driving a car when I'm entitled to an suv. My wipers don't work well... the remote start doesn't work at all... no heated seats and no snow brush. It's winter in Edmonton incase you didn't notice the -35 temperatures.

Terrible service.
I Was sent to pickup a rental payed for by the dealership as they are fixing my vehicle and they do not use "loner cars" anymore. It was a week of warranty repair and I couldn't be left without a vehicle.
I get there to pick it up and they want a Credit card or cash deposit for the rental and it was NOT supplied by the dealership *should have been*. Called dealership they stated they don't do that they mearly Pay for the use. I mentioned it's always been waived for me and he can verify at other locations. I know damn well the manager Has the ability to bypass the deposit for customers without credit cards... but he refused to. Wouldn't even call other enterprises to verify my good standing and the fact that they too waited this deposit for me.
This was not my fault for needing this rental and he had no consideration for my situation and didn't do a damn thing to help me out. Didn't even give me a ride home after I was stranded at this rental shop at their closing hours.
Terrible terrible service. Last time I am EVER dealing with this location and I do not suggest anyone to rent from this location if you want a positive experience! I will stick to who I know for proper customer service next time!!
