Will try to pin damages from previous rentals on you. Make sure you check the car for damage and mechanical issues. Better to stay away. Had to go to court.

Horrible customer service from call center and front desk at Edmonton airport. Would not recommend using Hertz.

Great prompt service and nice car. Mike was extremely helpful when we returned the car. 

I'll be booking with Hertz again.

Over price and terrible services.  Scammer!  Tried to charge me a stone chip on windshield from previous rental.  I refused to pay and argue for 20 minutes before they admiited that the damage did occurred from prior rentals.  Will not rent there again ever.  AVOID!

Paid $342.00 for a car I had for 24 hours, whereas with Enterprise it is $92.00. Very poor customer service as well
