We had the best experience ever with the rental team in Edmonton at Alamo. I had moved my flight and all my reservations minus my car from Calgary to Edmonton (whoopsie) and not only did the team in Edmonton have an SUV for us he gave us the option to upgrade to the jeep with better features than we had paid for. My husband wasn't a fan of the jeep until we woke up to snow - tossed that baby in 4 high and were so so happy. Thank you Alamo Edmonton team! The only thing I would change is to mark the after hours key drop box better because we couldn't find it and ended up leaving the keys on the rental counter. Thanks again. Kathleen and Vernon.

Had a great rental experience from the 2 cities I rented from with Alamo!  The reason I love Alamo is because they allowed me to drive one from Canada to the USA. It allowed me to visit a friend I hadn't seen in 15 years! Thanks Alamo for such great service and rental options!!

I'm a regular Alamo insider customer. Good experience in Edmonton. Salesperson at the counter was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Attendant at the return department was very helpful. Overall great service and highly recommended.

The staff here are very professional and courteous. Great overall pickup and return experience. Will rent from again. Very accommodating as well.

Not satisfied with service. First time went to alamo and got worst experience. Before take the car please check whole car. If you find any small scratch or dent please let them know otherwise you have to pay for that.
