Enterprise Rent-A-Car

One of the best Rent-a-car company at the airport with the fantastic team. Very friendly staff members with great attitude. All associates are needs to be recognized by the company. I keep coming back just because of them. Keep up the great work! Also the car selection is great and the cars are clean all the time.

Excellent service, everything is smooth and nice. Elvira the assistant manager is so nice and explained everything in great detail. I was a bit worry at the beginning becoz of the comments from others. Anyway, I think enterprise did a good job this time.

Worst experience. Beware they may take advantage of you if you have a language barrier. They told my husband there is airport fees which insurance may not cover (our vehicle was stolen so the rental was through insurance). He agreed to pay them until we contact our insurance (in which case we may have returned the vehicle and used a different location) and signed without reading the fine print. We had already declined extra coverage when booking the rental due to our insurance covers us for rental vehicles. Once speaking to insurance they said they will cover it we called back to inform them we will keep the vechicle rather than switching locations since it will be covered. After all was said and done they charged us around 600$ for something we never wanted (extra coverage). The car ended up gettig towed and it took them forever to allow us access to get our belongings. it's almost impossible to get through by phone and when needing to contact them we drove there only to be told to wait on the bench while they helped everyone else. I tried calling several times to find out how to pay our towing fees and noone ever called back only to recieve a very rude unprofessional voicemail saying "you owe enterprise money, PAY YOUR BILL " uhh hello i tried to pay it how many times?? Worst customer experience. Would never reccomend.

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Avoid this Enterprise. We've been renting with Enterprise for years & we have never experienced terrible service like we did at this location. 1) We book a rental for 7AM, we arrive at 6:59AM, and they're still closed. Manager casually strolls in, acknowledges us, we advise him of our rental, he had the audacity to tell us to "wait a couple minutes" (so they can unlock their gate, turn on the lights/computer, and get their counter area prepared.) Zero sense of urgency to get us in our rental right away & we were the only ones there! The car they provided for us was faulty. Every time I started the vehicle, a notice said "Oil Change Due" popped up on the dash and the passenger doors were jammed. Do these vehicles not go through regular maintenance? 2) Return day scheduled for 7AM, and there's NO RETURN LOT ATTENDANT. We went inside and waited close to 20 minutes to return. Only ONE customer ahead of us and 2 employees (PLUS the guy at the National Rental counter.) We were told by the manager that the lot attendant called in sick due to a car accident the night prior. Did he really just make an excuse for their poor customer service? The manager processed the rental on my credit card, THEN asks how the rental was AFTER. They should ask this question PRIOR to processing, as they are able to compensate for their poor service by discounting the final price. This location is a legit joke and is managed SO poorly.

I was completely dissatisfied with the service at this location. I had contacted them about two days before arriving and asked for what documentation would be needed. I specifically asked 3 times. When I arrived they asked for other documentation. Had to take a cab in to the city. It was late at night and I had 3 kids with me. Not impressed. The next day I went to the Gateway branch where I was able to get my rental without a problem. Avoid this branch if you can.
