You can tell its an old hotel but they have done a decent job renovating. We stayed in the main building and it was pretty decent. They were the cheapest hotel in town as well. What's getting this hotel 5 stars is the service at front desk!! Stephanie which we found out was only there as a filler was super friendly and even made us a little itinerary of all the things to do in and around Moncton!! If the owner is reading this, hire her as a full time staff member and guide her in the right direction to run the show there!!! Hot breakfast was pretty good as well in the mornings and we loved their natural soaps/lotions etc that were provided. Keep up the great work staff members!! Only suggestions I would have is to offer guests a glass/bottle of water when they come in.

Excellent hotel. Comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Also if you forgo daily maid service you can get $10 credit for the snack shop per night. Staff are great. Will definitely stay again

The hotel room was very clean and the concierge was friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed staying here. The back of the hotel is right along the chocolate river so there was no need to travel far to see the tidal bore. The hotel was also 5 minutes away from downtown (specifically the famous pump house brewery restaurant). The only thing I was a bit disappointed with is that I could somewhat hear the cars on the road (my room was on the fourth floor facing the road). Other than this, my stay was great and kind of wish that i stayed longer than one night!

Loved it here! We had a great time spending 2 nights. We were upgraded to a room poolside without even asking! The front desk staff were helpful getting our wifi to work and the assistant manager... and I forget his name... sorry... was amazing! He was extremely friendly, welcoming and gave great recommendations both nights for dinners! It was a great hotel and would come back for sure! So helpful! Thank you!

Great hotel. We found it very convenient spot as we passed by through to Halifax. Great location to see the tidal bore and a short drive to Hopewell Rocks! Very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. Great value!!!
