I traveled to Moncton during the winter and my flight was delayed, I asked for a late check out and they were so accommodating. The front desk staff were super helpful my entire stay! Cleaning staff were also very attentive and the rooms are great if you are staying more than a night or two because they are like little apartments. The hotel is close to great restaurants and not far from airport. I will for sure be staying here in the future and will recommend to my friends and family!
For a 350 room a night we were dissapointed In a few aspects of this place. We had great expectatiom since the Keg is attached to this hotel but still some dissapointments. We just got engaged that day so we were looking for a dreamy classy hotel, and the website offers that bit the lobby is small, cold and uninviting. Out of the 2 elevators, 1 was broken so constant lineups. Kids were running rampid in the hallways which is fine until 8 or 9 or so but this continued late. The vending machines are paid at the desk, but wi.t accept debit and cash is still a nuisance. It took me 20 minutes to buy 5 waters at 30bucks the package doesn't have an elevator to the hotel, so.in the blistering cold it was a struggle. The included breakfast was ok, there were lots.of options. We were really thinking it was going g to be allot swankier but this is were run down, the elevator being broken was a major annoyance. Our suite was more of an apartment for the working business class. My hubby had mentioned this was for a romantic getaway but there was nothing romantic about this place. I would stay here again for a party night as I felt like this is what this hotel was. As I will have a bachelorette coming, this might just be the perfect place for it as it was super central.nThe beds were comfy, bathroom tiny. Mirrors not very clean but the sheets were clean.
The room was nice and service was good. The hot tub was not. The water wasn't warm enough and it was full of sediment. The parking situation isn't great their either, being in the middle of the city. Breakfast was great though, with an excellent selection
I was having a pleasant stay at this hotel until the day I needed to check out.nnWhen I checked in, I requested a 1 pm check out. The front desk manager said that’s not a problem, happy to accommodate you.nnOn the day of check out, phone rings at 12:30 pm. “When are you checking out”… 1pm I say, like I requested when I checked in.nI continue to finish getting my items to go.n1:01 pm- someone is trying to get into the room. I literally have my shoes in my hands…n“When are you checking out” … me “I’m on my way; and I requested a 1pm check out…”nI put my shoes on, and gather my items… 1:04 pm someone is standing in the hallway “when are you checking out?” As have my bags in my hands…. “Seriously?”nnOn top of it, they didn’t even refresh my room once while I was there.nAnd the window was stuck open.nAnd the Tv would turn on randomly.nnOutside of this, the front desk manager with her bulldog is lovely.nAnd the breakfast staff are wonderful humans.nHousekeeping? I don’t know what’s happening there.
Fantastic! I travel for work and recently had a 2 night stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were good quality and fresh. Love the breakfast. Staff was helpful and efficient. I’ll be staying here again when I’m back in Moncton. Amazing!
