The location is great. Walking distance to most things. The room was great, since the bedroom has a door. The kids could sleep in the main area undisturbed. Service is always friendly. Included hot breakfast and a pool can't go wrong.

Courteous staff. Good, clean, modern, spacious rooms. There may or may not be a hair dryer in your room. We didn’t have one in ours. The was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, that was it. Not all rooms have a tub in the bathroom. If you prefer tub vs shower make sure you mention when booking or checking in. Rooms which are closed to the elevator were marked as meeting rooms. Rooms for overnight guests are further away from the elevator. You will understand what I mean if/when you stay here. A $15 fee is charged for parking. Breakfast is ok, nothing stellar. There are much better price/value options in Moncton. We were upgraded and given a box of chocolate because my wife mentioned that it was our anniversary. We stayed here only because we had a gift certificate for this hotel, still cost us almost as much as what we would have paid to a lower-end(!) hotel.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Good considerate and friendly service. Any issues were addressed. Room has a good view of the "chocolate river" which goes up and down dramatically with the tide. Included breakfast is excellent. Parking is tight. I think they don't have enough spots for rooms.

Breakfast was great! Hash browns a bit bland but that is alright! Parking is a bit sparse. Went out for groceries late in the evening our first night and had to park on the street after I returned. Front desk very quickly and graciously resolved an issue of an interesting piece of garbage found under the couch by our child.

This centrally located downtown hotel is lovely. Our room was clean and well apointed. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. Staff were great and very helpful.
