Reading through other reviews I was a little worried but our room was spacious, clean and in good condition. Only thing I was missing was a microwave. The kids loved the pool. We got our deposit back within a few days, which is not standard. Thanks so much
My wife and I just needed an overnight stay.nnThe bed and room was very comfortable and clean.nnThe TV was just normal cable -- However, the following morning the TV would not display a picture despite the TV being on the proper input. Not a big deal since we were checking out anyway. It did work the night before but there is no TV guide.nnNo restaurant in the hotel.nnThe Pool is small and only 4ft deep in the deep end. There were 12 kids in the pool when we went. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool.nnNo towels in the pool area, no pre-shower rinse area before getting in the pool. We had to get towels from front desk.nnWe had kids running up and down the hall making noise and knocking on our door. and running off I chatted with a parent and they said they would take care of that. Not an issue I wanted to deal with after driving 10 hrs. The running in the hall continued a bit later and I heard another adult telling the kids to behave or they would call the front desk.nnLikely not staying at this Best Western again -- due to many lacking amenities we like.
Grungy. Everything is a little scuzzy. Stained carpet, stained towels and bedding. I’m on a roadtrip and staying in 3 different Best Westerns. This is by far the worst. I expected more from the brand. Should have read more reviews. At least no sign of bedbugs as mentioned in other reviews. Would not stay again. Would not recommend.
Staff are great, very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and tired. Rooms definitely need to be updated. Although the staff were great, we won’t be staying at this hotel again.
It’s ok…I can make my bed.nnArrived last night to no towels, no toilet paper, clogged toilet and a shower that would drain. Tried calling front desk and the phone doesn’t work. I mean, I really don’t want to put you out or anything…but thanks for the note.nnBed was comfortable.
