I went to the Comfort Inn East for an overnight stay. Although check-in is usually only around 3, they made accommodations for us to check in around 12. We had a room with 2 comfortable queen beds. The rooms were clean although small and we had a patio door to go outside directly from our room. The place was night and quiet throughout the night. The next morning in we had breakfast which consisted of a variety of cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins and yogurt. The best part of breakfast was the waffle machine where you could make some delicious fresh waffles. Overall it was a very positive visit.

There were some issues with the room vs price by my opinion. The one female receptionist / front desk clerk we have been talking to more was very nice and quick to help. There were 2 males later on at night that don't seem as helpful. It's not a big deal, but since this place doesn't have automatic doors it make sit harder to get in when your hands are full. They stood behind the desk and talked while we semi struggled. Like I said, not a big deal but it's noticeable. The room did have a few issues that were fixable after going to the front desk lady. I will have a more detailed review on the Google reviews with pictures.

This hotel is an economy property and we did not have a good experience here at all. Our room was dirty, and in need of a coat of paint. The only ice machine on the property was broken and the air exchange/temperature could not be adjusted...the thermostat on the wall was broken. The property is centrally located near the Champlain Mall in Moncton and does provide free parking. Main floor rooms have patio doors that many guests take advantage of to leave their room for a cigarette. The walkway along this area has plenty of ashtrays so littering isn't an issue. We stayed here after spending a couple of nights at the Comfort Inn Bangor, Maine, and the difference between the two properties was unbelievable. Head office should seriously compare this hotel to others in their chain.

The location was easy to get to and right across the street from Champlain mall. Our room was clean reasonably priced and the staff was friendly.

Loved the comfort Inn. Breakfast was included. Very clean and comfortable. When we first got there there was a lady hollering on the phone and I thought oh great but she knocked on our door and apologized through the door and said it would never happen again
