We recently stayed at this Comfort Inn and were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, particularly the bathroom.nnWhen using the shower, we found that the curtain was heavily stained and showed visible mold/mildew buildup along the bottom. This made the space feel unsanitary and well below the standard we expected.nnWe specifically chose this location based on the strong cleanliness reviews and even cancelled another reservation to stay here, so this was especially frustrating.nnWhat was most disappointing, however, was the lack of response from management. I reached out after our stay and followed up again, but have yet to receive any reply. Acknowledging guest concerns and following up is a basic expectation, and the lack of communication reflects poorly on the overall experience.nnWhile I understand that issues can occasionally be missed, both cleanliness and responsiveness need to be taken more seriously. I hope this feedback is acted on so future guests have a better experience.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely noisy at all hours, with doors slamming, people yelling in the hallway, and zero soundproofing so getting any real sleep was impossible.nThe room itself was disappointing: it felt dirty, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable, like nobody cares about basic standards. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant from the moment we walked in, and nothing improved during the stay.nFor the price they charge, this is a complete joke. I would never stay here again and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you want a peaceful, decent night’s sleep
Needed a quick place to stay the night. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was very good. I had the waffles.
Great value for price. Rooms are updated & clean. Above average breakfast spread too, I'll be back!
Our stay at the Comfort Inn has ALWAYS been amazing. Last night was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was VERY friendly, immediately offering us water and gave my daughter a free ice cream. The lady working the front desk was the most kind hearted soul I’ve ever met, going above and beyond. She interacted with my daughter as if she had known her, her whole life. When checking out, gave us A LOT of water bottles to help us during the heat. She deserves the world and more. Amazing service, hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious!
