Chateau Moncton Hotel & Suites, an Ascend Collection

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, and the two-bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, with plenty of room to relax.nnThe breakfast was absolutely excellent. The hot items were served cafeteria-style, which helps ensure that not everyone handles the food. The young lady serving us was outstanding, and everything ran smoothly. She certainly deserved a tip for her great service. Beyond the serving line, there were many additional self-serve options available, and everything we tried was delicious. There was also plenty of seating space in the breakfast area.nnThe only place where space seemed somewhat limited was the parking lot. Fortunately, we stayed on a relatively quiet night, so it wasn't an issue for us.nnThe hotel is also conveniently located near many businesses, including a grocery store, Dollarama, and several restaurants, all within walking distance.nnAll in all, this hotel easily earns a 10 out of 10 from us.

Our suite was spacious and immaculately clean. Everything was in place for us to have a great stay. The shower tower was nice with a rain head, waterfall and body spray and plenty of hot water. There was a fridge and microwave. The king bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly.nThe location was convenient with a Superstore across the street and a Classic Burger next door.nBreakfast offered an omelet, bacon, sausages, hash browns, juice, yogurt, bagels and more! Something for everyone.nWe chose a suite with a view of the tidal bore.nThe staff were very polite and helpful.

Exceptional service at check in, during stay & at breakfast. Stayed one night, upgraded to the most beautiful suite with the largest most upscale bathroom & shower I have ever seen in this area. Definitely will be back! Lovely Nespresso machine on room and huge selection at the morning buffet, hot and cold items. Coffee in lobby 24/7!

Excellent centrally located hotel. So clead and we'll maintained. Staff were amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful.nnFull, hot, fresh breakfast was a big bonus.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. I enjoyed my walks along the river. The staff were exceptional and my room was clean and luxorious.
