We had a great experience staying at this hotel, especially for a tournament. The parking was easy to access, and the beds were very comfortable and clean, which made for a restful night’s sleep.nnHowever, there were a few small inconveniences. The garbage bins in the rooms were a bit too small, which meant they filled up quickly. The WiFi required reconnection each day, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while breakfast is normally self-serve, the hotel had staff serving due to the tournament crowd. This actually slowed down the process, and it would have been more efficient if the staff had focused on cleaning tables and restocking instead.nnThat said, the hotel is still a great option for tournament stays. With a few minor improvements, it would be even better!
It was a great experience to have an extended stay at Chateau Moncton, i canceled part of my stay at another hotel to enjoy this place for a bit longer.nnEvery interaction with the staff, from check in, with housekeeping until the morning breakfast, feels welcoming and thoughtful.nYou can quickly notice their client focused policy.nnAs a suite it indeed exceeded my expectations, in their river view luxurious Monarch room a long hallway with 3 large windows separates the entrance/sitting room from the bedroom. As a couple you'll indeed appreciate the X.large washroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a separate ample shower space, and yes a make up space for the lady.nnA daily complimentary room service will offer you a smile, water and some chocolate.nnPrivacy could not be any better, particularly in this room.nnAt first glance, the river view idea was unimportant considering it is winter, I was wrong! In Moncton you can enjoy the daily show of low and high tides while simultaneously enjoying the sunrise and Sunset from this side.nnA few observations, the gym is too small but comparable to the other hotel I visited in the city, this hotel seems not meant for longer stays as there is no kitchen in rooms fridge, microwave and great coffee available.nnLastly, check in/out are quick, and a free parking.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Château Moncton, part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location along the riverfront is absolutely stunning, offering picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s also conveniently close to downtown Moncton and local attractions.nnThe room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The rooms are beautiful and the location is great, but the service was absolutely horrible from not only the front desk staff, but also the hotel manager/owner. After making a formal complaint, I was offered an apology and a free night's stay, however, when I was ready for the free night stay, I was ignored. I will never be returning.
A very clean place, and with very friendly, supportive staff. They offered a compassionate rate due to my father being a cancer patient in Moncton City Hospital. Complimentary breakfast was included. They allowed me to extend my stay and remain in the same room with no problems after my father took an unexpected bad turn. During such a difficult time the staff were very understanding, supportive, and accommodating. Suberb service, and it wasn't too far from the hospital where my Dad was. I highly recommend the Moncton Chateau.
