We stayed here over Christmas and had a lovely experience. Small gifts upon arrival, a treasure hunt, and presents for the kids made it very special, along with the beautiful holiday decorations.nnThe staff was outstanding — incredibly kind and welcoming. Suk short for her name was an absolute gem and did everything she could to make sure we had a wonderful Christmas. This level of service is rare.nnThe room was clean, spacious, and had a great view, though the carpet felt a bit dusty. The pool and water slide were a 10/10 — fun for both kids and adults alike!
Amazing location, amazing room service, exceptional. When they made our beds they actually folded all our pajamas and put them neatly on the bed lol!! Also I called reception and said: sorry can I heat up food somewhere? They said yes sir, we will send you a microwave now. 5 minutes later they knock the door and they bring a microwave. I am not joking they clean the bathroom sink and arrange all our toothbrushes in a neat way:nnBreakfast is better than ANY restaurant I tried since Covid. Buy breakfast included with the room its SO CHEAP Compared to its actual value. Today our Breakfast bill was $114 and they scratched it and said already included. I am talking menue items that we ordered from the menue valued at $114, we paid zero. Its magic: the price difference for a room with or without Breakfast is like $20 only! Also I asked for Pepsi room service brought it to my room. It just seems all these nice things disappeared since Covid.nnThere is a gigantic water slide, like three-flights-of-stairs-high!nnHighly recommend:
We had a wonderful experience at Trio’s Restaurant. Our server, Hamilton, took exceptional care of us over the last two days navigating my family's many allergies. The food was great, and the service was even better. We'd also like to thank the hotel staff for a truly wonderful stay. Perfect location. Highly recommended!
My family and I stayed here on boxing day 2025. It's integrate location on Main Street, close to everything. The hotel and bar and restaurant staff are all very kind and friendly. The pool area is clean and great for kids, they will love the slide! We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very delicious! The staff went over and above to make a great experience for us!
I stayed here with my family for a basketball tournament, we received our bill and they out the price up by like $70. When my mom went down to tell them they said they were busy so the could do that, when we asked to speak to the manager they told her she was speaking to the manager and there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind that they call us and 2 other family's to give up our rooms, and gave away another girls room without calling her and sent her to a different hotel. We then call Marriott hotels and the girl told us that it wasn't right but she cant do anything about it and that their salary depends on how much rooms are booked for. The male manager here was fabulous and got us the right price back. But the customer service here was terrible and all the employees need better training.
