The elevators are a disaster with the way the key works and selecting the floors. They should have better signage that tells people what to do vs a screen that the hours are incorrect you have to use your key anytime you want to go up or down on the elevator. There is only 2 elevators and with everyone being confused and not selecting floors it made for a long wait sometimes. I contemplated the 8 flights of stairs many times nnGreat location, downtown walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants!nnThe reviews before us were funny and accurate about it being a hotel with alot of kids. Unfortunately some kids and parents think it's ok for thier kids to run-up and down the halls that they aren't on and press all the buttons on the elevators etc. Sure kids will be kids and it was funny the first couple times...not everytime.nnStayed on club level access king room. Room was basic and had a small bathroom with stand up shower and a shower curtain that stuck to you nnClub lounge selection was pretty bare. We did pop by Friday evening to grab a couple cans of pop and they had a couple apps and some pulled pork sliders. The fridge was well stocked at that time with a few types of pop, water and some juice. I stopped in Saturday morning around 645 am and they didn't have much available. Water, no yogurt, a couple apples and a Orange, a little bit of coffee cream , a espresso/coffee machine and a couple packs of oatmeal. It said on the sign breakfast 630-930 I believe. Maybe I was way too early
Its been a very negative experience from the moment we arrived. There are no luggage carts and no staff to help with luggage. I expected to check in and relax but it's been nothing but stress and no sleep. Pillows are hard and lumpy. The bed is uncomfortable. You can't sit on the love seat as it's super uncomfortable! Rooms are old and tight with low popcorn ceilings. Bathroom sink and toilet are so low you will put your back out. Room service has a very limited food menu and there's a delivery charge. This hotel is a 2 star and not worth the price. Beware there are a lot of kids here.
I had a wonderful experience at Delta Hotels Beauséjour, thanks to Suk’s exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly kind and friendly during my stay. When she offered me a complimentary voucher for muffin and coffee at breakfast, I mentioned that I would be fasting before the restaurant opened so I won’t be able to use this vouchers. Without hesitation, she went above and beyond by giving me access to the Signature Club Lounge so I could have something to eat before starting my fast the next day. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care truly made a difference. Thank you, Suk, for your outstanding service!nnThis keeps everything clear and natural while maintaining the warmth of your message. Let me know if you'd like any other tweaks!
Great hotel! Very nice hotel, with a spa and restaurant and pool on site. Our king bed was fabulous, room was nice. The location of the hotel was awesome, we were able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars in the area and its a very short drive to the mall. Every single staff member was amazing! We will definitely be back!
We stayed for a bachelorette party. Check in and booking was great, we were able to have some fun. The night took a really bad turn when we got stuck in the elevator. It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal except for the front desk hanging up on us and the manager of the hotel also hanging up on us once we called back through the google number. Someone in the elevator pried open the door and we jumped out. We went down the stairs the rest of the way, to the front desk. They offered to give us free parking. The manager and front desk worker also admitted to hanging up on us. In the end they gave us breakfast however there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. There were multiple girls who this bothered and it ruined the evening. I don’t trust their elevators.
