Bower on Robinson

Absolutely LOVED staying here. The property is modern, clean, and has anything and everything you would need. There is no front desk so you have to check in online prior to arrival. It is imperative you read any emails they send you thoroughly so you know exactly how the process goes as far as checking in, parking, additional fees, etc. Our suite had living room with pull out sofa bed, fully functioning kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster. The bathroom is stunning with spacious stand up shower with waterfall shower head. It was probably one of the top 3 rooms I’ve ever stayed in and the price point is more than reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

No one on site and parking very small. I need to park at handicap spot. Other than that, the room is nice. Wake up this morning, and no water works. I can't flush the toilet, can't take a shower, or brush teeth. No way to reach anyone as they don't answer the phone. Definitely do not recommend this place.Rooms: 2/5

Really nice place to stay, great parking, close to everything you need for a great night in Moncton. Rooms are super nice and very spacious. Only reason for not giving a 5/5 is we recommend staying on the top floor as you can hear people walking upstairs pretty loudly and it was decently disturbing throughout our weekend stay especially at 7:30am

The location is right next to downtown which is awesome. Everything we wanted to do was a couple minute walk at most. The rooms were very nice and much bigger than a traditional hotel. The feel was modern but it wasn't over the top and just bland like most hotels. You can see that the staff and owners really care about the business because even the tiny details were not missed. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and we will definitely be staying here again!

These are apartments converted into hotel rooms. As such you get a FULL kitchen!, a lounge and of course a bedroom. See pics. The room was gorgeous; beautifully appointed. And it's a few seconds walk away from the main street / restaurants. Parking is expensive but very convenient, right outside. We had to change our booking twice but the staff were excellent about it even though they could have dinged us. My only complaint is that in late March to mid April 2022 it became harder to get hold of them. The front desk number was not answered and we had to chase a few times. The manager said they had staff shortages. Other than that, which we have to be patient about, Mel and the crew are running a fine operation here and we will be back because the rooms are fantastic!

I'm reading previous reviews and I'm confused how this location is getting low scores. I stayed here and absolutely loved the room. I paid slightly more than I would have in most other hotels in Moncton but the extra cost was well worth it! You get a good sized bedroom, a living space, a good sized bathroom and a kitchen. I was finally able to relax and enjoy my stay in Moncton. The room, appliances and furniture were all new and clean. The one bedroom apartment turned hotel room is a game changer for me and I won't stay anywhere else. Location is right downtown too!! Those knocking on this place haven't spent enough time in hotels to truely appreciate what Bower has done here! Cheers

Great room, has everything you need, like a little apartment! The shower is AMAZING ! Comfy bed, lots of space for your clothes to be stored. If you plan to stay there on a weekend and go to bed early, you will hear the downtown ruckus in the am which really was not too bad but I'm thinking it would be even more quiet during the week!

Our stay here was phenomenal. You basically get a brand new beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown near so many amenities. You get a smart TV fully equipped, full kitchen with everything you need, self check in/out is a breeze and the place is clean and stunning. Thank you so much!Rooms: 5/5

Great location, very stylish and self check in was easy. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hardest bed I have ever slept on and not enough blankets. Sound proofing between units is almost non existent.Rooms: 3/5

We paid for overnight parking and when we arrived there were no spots available. I called and spoke to someone about this and their only solution was to park at one of their other hotel locations. This did not make sense as we had all our bags with us and would then need to pay for a cab to get to our hotel. After expressing this concern they said they would reimburse us for our parking. I have contacted them multiple times and still haven’t heard back and haven’t been reimbursed. The hallways also smell very strongly of cigarette smoke/mildew.
