Rapid and well-informed customer service, and very knowledgeable technical support. I had a problem with a broken screen on my MacBook Pro and brought it for a check up. The issue was resolved within a week and, luckily, was covered by Apple (even though my initial Apple plan had long expired).

I took my laptop to Riverdale Mac expecting to leave it their and for a more worse diagnosis. After speaking to the friendly attendant, he took my laptop, and kindly fixed it within 10 minutes and charged me a far more reasonable price than expected. I highly recommended their services.

Went into riverdale mac on sunday and had a great experience! Super friendly service and very fast! Gabe was very helpful with fixing my device and helping me with what i didnt know! Would recommend to go to this location, i walked in an had no wait time!!
