I live about 60 km away from this store and I call them to ask if they have "iphone 6, 6s or 6 plus" avail, the guy is like yes I have all phone. Then I ask him if he has "note 5", he said yelling "BRO WHY DON'T YOU COME TO MY STORE, STOP WASTING MY TIME ****** HELL" and he cuts the phone... I was so mad I call back, he cut, I call on other phone, the guy picks up and says "I DON'T WANNA TALK or something like that".... I was so mad, I emailed them and right when I emailed, within 5 minutes he calls me back. He said "Now tell me which phone do you want", I'm like first of all why did you cut the phone on me and now why are you calling me... the man said "IDIOT, I CALLED YOU BECAUSE YOU CALLED ME 2 TIMES" .... He said so many more things and cut the phone... I was gonna buy like 3 phones but not anymore... Also their prices don't match their real prices...

Bought a used iphone, they offered a 3 day refund/exchange policy, and then 3 month warranty for in store repairs. I noticed 'ghost touch' issue on my 2nd day, but couldn't return it within 3 day window because i went on vacation for 2 weeks. I later went to the store to explain my issue and was told to backup and do factory reset, and if problem persists, then come back. Still same problem. Went back and they said they would do a full screen replacement/repair but would take a day. After just a couple minutes of leaving the store, I was called to come back, and was told they would just replace it with another iphone all together. Was really surprised and grateful that they decided to replace the phone instead of trying to repair it. They went above and beyond their warranty policy and just want to commend them for their integrity and willingness to fix an unfortunate problem. Thank you very much!
