I purchased a scanner through ATS and found this company to be exceptionally customer oriented and the staff very knowledgeable in their trade. They were available for questions during my devices' set up and welcoming to additional inquiries at any time. I highly recommend this long-standing local business!

Excellent service. A supplier of toners to our company. As a printing company, ATS has been indispensable for years. Very happy with the quality of their products and service. The delivery has been next day on orders.

Scams with deceptive practices such shipping product from Canada when specifically ordered through their US operations, and declaring a new computer shipment as repaired LCD screen at low value to skirt Canadian customs and export regulations. I paid for next-day delivery but it took nine days for an in-stock product to arrive. They do not update order status. They do not disclose tracking information even when asked. Last rep I spoke with regarding order status said "Thanksgiving and Christmas are the worst times to buy from ATS". Be warned, now is the worst time to do buy from this unethical business. I will be doing a full disclosure review on reseller ratings website.

For over 20 years ATS has been our hardware and software provider with a stellar track record. HUGE selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
