Impressive customer service. We've assisted with a guy named Sammy I really like him I'm definitely coming back to this place. I recommend to anyone who wants a photography equipment.

Wonderful people. Knowledgeable, helpful and real. Took in some old Nikon equipment for trade-in/credit and the professionalism, attention and care provided by the staff Alex and Ray, in particular was appreciated as the equipment belonged to my late father.

The iconic Henry's camera store new location at Church and Shuter, Very bright clean atmosphere, products are displayed neatly.

I’ve visited this store three times in the last two weeks. I love the instant photo printing booths. The lab prints are very high quality as well. All competitive pricing, especially considering the location and hours. Friendly staff. Zero complaints, I will be back.

James Patterson, Sales Associate at this store is Very Helpful. He understands the customer pulse. He patiently listened to my issue with a payment processing while buying Lowpro 450 AW bag and resolved it like a charm. He is Great Asset to your Company. Kudos..!

First time at the new location since the move and man lemme tell you, I will be returning for sure. The customer service displayed by the staff, specifically RAY was unmatched. I'm an information seeker and Ray was very patient, professional & more importantly, informative. This location is little bit further for me but I will without a doubt make the commute just for that unparalleled shopping experience. Loving my 50mm 1.2 GM. 5 stars gentlemen.

It is sad to see Henry's customer service took a huge dive. Here is my recent experience with them: I ordered a poster print on Nov 8th. It was ready for pick up on Nov 17th. The order option was a vertical print and I uploaded a vertical image. The print shop for some reason printed landscape ruining the print. I came to their store and the employee was very helpful. He quickly acknowledged the mistake and told me this is the second time this is happening. He sent an email to the print shop for reprint. I left the store with a positive experience. However, two weeks passed and I still have not received a resolution from the print shop. I emailed the employee from the store who sent an update request to the print shop, and still nothing. I hope this reaches out to the Henry's HQ. Your employees are good but your overall customer service experience sucks. Clearly, your print shop is not dependable. I am not a professional and I can wait a little to get things fixed. But several emails and no resolution after a month shows clearly a lack of care on your end.

I have ordered a mic on May, and the expected waiting time is 2 months. After 2 months, no one contact me to update any shipping information. So I sent an email to ask the delivery date. they said mid July. Second time ask it changes to end of July. On mid August, I asked again. I got the reply after a week. They said they got few arrived but there are several outstanding backorders ahead of mine. So I have to wait again! Still don’t know how long should wait! Then I checked on Amazon, it’s in stock and I can get it by tomorrow!! So I spent 3 months for nothing!! Sucks service!! Won’t be there again!!

Had such a lovely time here a month or so ago when they first opened. So a bit of a belated review here. This place reminds me a lot of Apres Wine Bar where the food is amazing and wine is even better. This place matches that. I've been raving about this place too everyone and all that will hear, and can't wait to come back again!

I was really excited to try this place and happy that it opened in my neighbourhood. However, even though the food was okayoverpriced, the service is far behind. Staff is extremely untrained and rude. Immediately after finishing our food we were continuously asked to leave our table and we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs.
