I bought pair of headphones that didn't work very well. I went back after 7 days to get a refund and was offered a product exchange. I was given a better pair of headphones, and they work great. Even though the product was faulty at first, the staff made sure to compensate me and that was great. No arguments! The sales staff was also very helpful. It was a young guy who was very enthusiastic and was doing his best to tell me about the specs of different products. I would recommend again!

Absolutely avoid this store at all costs. The employees are quite ignorant, and therefore quite unhelpful. They sell sub-par products, and as their reviews state again and again, they do the piss-poor phone repairs. There's a reason everything is so cheap; it's all garbage! Though any place that sells all products as a final sale should be suspect.Staples in Gerrard Square sell quality warrantied products, though they are only slightly better as far as customer service. I ended up finding what I needed on Amazon.Also, avoid ordering online through tecc source, as they are selling the same sub-par garbage as the retail location, with terrible customer service. Again, avoid at all costs!

Great variety of electronics at reasonable prices. I had some luck with negotiating prices. Staff range in knowledge, so get confirmation on recommendations. They will back up their sales with returns or exchanges. A great resource for all things electronic

I like this place a lot. The owners are fairly knowledgeable and it's fun to rummage through all the stuff. Decent prices.

Stayed open 45 mins late so I could go there to buy a product. Got it for a really great price and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend!!!
