2022 August 4 A nice large store located right inside Eaton center. The store itself is fairly big and clean. Rivals other similar stores of the same concept. Staff are helpful when asked. First floor - phones, laptops, tablets, gaming wear and some wall displays. Second floor - larger televisions, fridge, dishwasher and service centre. Nice to check out.
I had a very pleasant experience coming to this location. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sales Rep Soo helped me from start to finish. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who love Samsung products to visit this location. Soo thank you very much. I will come back again!
I recently visited the Samsung Store at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, Canada for a simple repair - to replace the inner screen protector on my Fold 3. The store wasn't very busy compared to the nearby Apple Store, but could benefit from downsizing its space as it feels too large. The sales team was friendly but there were more salespeople than repair technicians and I observed two frustrated customers complaining about the long wait times and poor customer service. On the day of my visit, there was only one technician available and I had to wait for over 2 hours to get my phone repaired. The technician did a good job replacing the screen protector, but the store could improve its wait times and organization. I was also informed that appointments couldn't be made for repairs, it was only first come, first serve. The previous night, I was told it would take 4+ hours to get my phone back from such a minimal repair.
The store is very unorganized, and I was told to go into the store and bring my item for warranty. Made an appointment online. When I got to the store I had to wait almost two hours. All the people who worked there were just standing around talking to each other. The store was empty. No wonder Apple is doing so well. The customer service here is below par.. I see this store is going out of business soon. I. I'm very disappointed. I'm probably going to sell my phone and get an iPhone now. 7 year customer down the drain. Congratulations, samsung, you lost a customer today
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jason, the store manager at the Samsung store, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, Jason was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I received the best customer service possible. He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided valuable insights and recommendations based on my specific situation. He was also patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service that Jason provided, and I will definitely be returning to the store in the future. Thank you, Jason, for your excellent customer service!
If I could give NEGATIVE star for review I will not hesitate to give them a negative star for review. I bought The Galaxy Z Flip3 with high hope in September 2021. The screen protector could no longer tightly cover the folding part of the screen after 5 months of purchase. In June 2022, we visited the Eaton Center Samsung store to request for a replacement of the screen protector for the first time. At that time, a staff told me that the screen protector was not available and I was put on the waitlist. I was refused to be told how many people on the waitlist were before us despite the fact that I asked many times. I returned and revisited the Eaton Center Samsung store for four more times and every time I was consistently told no screen protector was available. No specific timeline was given and all I could do was just waiting. I am definitely not going to purchase any product from Samsung any more. I think their after sale service is the worst. They only care about selling you the product and once the product is sold they don't care about you at all.
Did not have to wait long for service once I was fixed on a particular product. No one was too pushy on trying to sell a device just for sales it was more of a real person to person conversation on the product and my interests. They really went above and beyond to help me out. Nick was my main helper and was such a down to earth sales person, being as real as can be on what the product capabilities are based on my needs. I love that stuff it really shows authenticity for human interaction, he wasn't afraid to talk about limitations of products which is so important for a costumer in making a decision they won't regret and have them wanting to come back for their next purchase. I really appreciate the staff at the eaton center location and I hope their hard work goes noticed.
Anyone who knows anything about sales and service knows this store is rotting. The worst staff, with terrible customer service. Nobody cares about anything except commission. Doing their jobs and providing bare minimum customer service is now secondary. This is a really nice, really big store. Samsung is doing it's best to match Apple's flashy stores and selling techniques, but it's sales and service is nowhere close. The entire staff of this store needs to be cleaned out and rehired. It'll be better for a year and then it'll fester again.
I'm never buying a Samsung product again. Because they can't be bothered to set up some sort of booking system for seeing a tech, they expect you to just stand around for hours waiting for one. They couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate as to how long one normally waits at certain times in the day. They like to waste people's time in order to save money. Total amateur hour. Good riddance.
I walked in saw what looks like 6 to 12 sale reps down stairs asked where the TVs were and was directed upstairs only to find out all the sale people are down stairs. why would you direct me upstairs without any assistance? so in short if you really want help try the best buy around the corner met a nice and very helpful team there and we bought a Sony tv instead of a Samsung after all Samsung doesn't seem like they hire people to server the public or maybe how I looked played a role in the lack of service. Was it discrimination base on my ethnicity or I didn't look like I wanted to spend or could afford to buy. I am now thinking of changing my Samsung . they give better service at the APPLE STORE
