Good store to find something that you need quickly. But the price is higher than similar stores.

Most of the associates were walking around looking at their phones. 

The guy I asked didn't know what basic products like solder were. They were out but had every other soldering material in stock - can't do much without solder though. Wouldn't check the back for inventory. Said they must not carry it even though there is a spot for it that had other parts etc. Associate told me to try Best Buy - obviously he had no idea what the products were that they are selling there. Best Buy doesn't carry solder!! Shouldn't the sales associates understand the products they are selling?

Needed to grab a pair of headphones on my to way work, stopped into the Source. Couldn't believe the customer service at this location, absolutely phenomenal. I never tried HeadRush before, but these headphones made my day. The HRF 581 headphones block out all external noise in my office so I can work without getting distracted. I recommend the warranty on these products as you cant find a better deal anywhere else! Hands down the best Source location I've been to in Canada.
