Bay Bloor Radio

Still one of the best stereo shops in the city to visit. They've been there for at least 60 of years or more. It's been carried on by the son of the original owner so you can always rely on it being there to help you out when you have electronic needs repair. Stafford courteous friendly and professional. Their service department though is The Guiding Light of the business I think. You can have your equipment checked IE turntables at their clinic and it doesn't cost you anything. So if you want to check over some of your equipment to see if it's working properly they have the technician to do it for you and it doesn't usually cost you anything. I would highly the store.

We recently decided to upgrade the music system as well as a couple of televisions in our home. I had previously used Bay Bloor Radio for some installation work shortly after we first moved in to the house a number of years ago. Based upon a memory of being extremely satisfied with the prior work, I called BBR. I spoke to Ryan who came and did a very thorough review of our existing systems and then offered us tiered options (good, better best) laying out the pros and cons of each option and didn’t try and push us in one direction or another. Once we had decided on the options we wanted, Ryan came back with Rob who would be doing the installation to talk through what we wanted to ensure alignment with our goals and to confirm that it was all feasible. With some adjustments to the plans, we went ahead and ordered the necessary items which were delivered the day before installation was scheduled. Rob was joined by Diego for the installation and the two of them did a fabulous job! They didn’t leave before I knew how everything worked and Ryan was quick to follow up as well. He came over and provided an added level of support regarding functionality of the systems. We needed to make some minor adjustments and this was done in a timely manner without any hesitation and our systems are working perfectly. All-in-all, this was a highly pleasurable experience from knowledgeable and friendly staff, expert installation and follow-up and professionalism throughout.

Last summer we had a great experience with Bay Bloor Radio and Ryan Wright. He did a fabulous job assisting my parents in updating their home entertainment system, patiently working with them to find the right equipment and making sure they were comfortable with all the changes. We contacted him again last week for a new Bluray and again he provided great service and made sure to send an outstanding installer (kudos to Leroy!) to my parents' home. Very helpful for seniors who haven't got a clue how to connect point A to B. Thanks Ryan (and Leroy)

Ryan and his team did an excellent job of bringing my home entertainment system into the modern era. He reused as much as possible to keep the costs down and replaced what was needed with top quality equipment. Drop off of the new components was on time and install was easy and tidy. I would highly recommend Ryan and the Bay Bloor team.

The value add of a store like BBR is their installation consultants, like Ryan Wright, who will come to your home to consider every element of the project before installation. Ryan provided a detailed room-by-room breakdown of every cable, piece of equipment, and construction requirement so that nothing was missed. This made the installation process stress-free and seamless for me. I am very happy with the slick and uncluttered finished product.
