I wanted to buy a gaming monitor but I had some doubts about the quality of the panels. This place is perfect to see the actual model and test it for a while in-store. The other products are also available to test starting from TVs to home appliances to headphones and also phones and tablets. The sellers were not bothering but helping. The store was big enough to see all product in one place

Takes 5 minutes to find what you're looking for without anyones help, unfortunately its locked, and you have to wait 30 minutes for someone to unlock it. This isnt the first time this happend to me, unfortunately this is the only Best Buy near me.nnThere's 1 person working in the area i was waiting at, and there were 6 other people waiting for help.nnHorrible placement of people? I dont know.

Got a TV mount, the guy told me there is no screws in the package and made me buy extra screws, turns out there was screws.nnAnother time, came for picking up a command, turns out it wasn’t ready and the item was not in stock, I went to see if it was indeed out of stock but it wasn’t.nnI don’t recommend this location, only good thing is that it’s accessible and close to subway stations.

I order online from Best Buy on average once or twice per year. I always send my pick up orders to this location when I don't opt for delivery. Nice people working here. Very customer service oriented and not lazy or pushy. Nice electronics selection and some times really good deals. It must be hard to keep a large brick and mortar operation like this going and well staffed but they do it, year after year. If you are shopping for electronics always check out Best Buy before solidifying your purchase, they may have a deal for you. This store location is a good one.

Horrible experience. The customer service not knowledgeable. Manager tried to pretend to be friendly but lied to my face I learned it when I went to another location. But the worst was the guy with the sign on his shirt that he was Microsoft Sr Advisor. First of all he tried to miss represent himself as Best Buy manager. Then tried to mislead me. Knows nothing but had attitude like he owns this universe. It was Aug 8 2024. I hope his bosses read this post and that day I hope he was the only one Caucasian and they will teach him a lesson about customer service and honesty. But better let him go. You cannot teach people like him.
