ZERO STAR. This store has the most dishonest and liar staffs. They have this TCL TV on sale and they do not want to sell it to the customers maybe because one of the employee would like to buy it. At the first place, do not show the stock/actual item outside the selling area then tell the customers that it is not the one on sale? when we checked the model of the actual item and the model on sale, it was the same, then they said another reason that it was on hold? They will give you all the reasons not to sell the item. I do not have any problem if they just tell us the truth! Their manager, Keer, was just laughing when I am telling him what happened. They didn't even bother resolving the issue because they do not care at all. Such a waste of time coming here.

I had a terrible experience at Geek Squad 147 Laird Drive. When I brought in my laptop for service, the technician seemed uninterested and questioned why I needed repairs. After explaining that I was a member, he claimed there was an issue with my membership. I contacted customer service, who confirmed it was a payment error and fixed it immediately.nnDespite this, the technician took my laptop but never provided any updates or service. I returned the next day, and the repair still wasn’t done. Frustrated, I had to take my laptop back without the requested service after waiting 1.5 days.nnThis was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The team showed no urgency, professionalism, or care for customer needs. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated equally and respectfully, which clearly didn’t happen here.

Ive been trying to buy an AC from best buy since June 21st and it is now July 16th. The first one I ordered came in a damaged box while missing item. They told me to return and they would send me one that has no damage. The second one came in a badly damaged and dirty box too.nnThey're telling me to return it and order it again. By the time I get a decent product summer will be over and I will not need an AC. I paid for it in full price both times this was not an open box product.nnThey're going to respond saying that this isn't a common issue but Ive never ordered anything from best buy that didn't arrive damaged.

Bought an apple watch ultra 2 from this store and turned out to be a fake product. Tried reaching them through multiple means but not getting any response. It's been over a year and they are very reluctant to investigate.Even reached out to best buy corporate office but still not getting any response from them

Just charge 3 star to —0 I mainly go in there to upgrade my phones because I like the benefit of getting the gift cards . But there are very slow . You wait a very long time and take forever . So if u planning to go in to get a phone don’t plan anything else because it’s all day I will say about 2-3hrs and it’s not like there’s a line up or anything .
