Ive been trying to buy an AC from best buy since June 21st and it is now July 16th. The first one I ordered came in a damaged box while missing item. They told me to return and they would send me one that has no damage. The second one came in a badly damaged and dirty box too.nnThey're telling me to return it and order it again. By the time I get a decent product summer will be over and I will not need an AC. I paid for it in full price both times this was not an open box product.nnThey're going to respond saying that this isn't a common issue but Ive never ordered anything from best buy that didn't arrive damaged.

Updating my rating to 4 from 1, based on my experience with the staff today. They returned the product hassle free. But most importantly they tried their best to be helpful.n______________nJust bought an insignia chest freezer today and I'm highly unsatisfied because it's damaged. I had read several reviews of people complaining about their damaged chest freezers and I shared this concern with the gentleman today who was helping me load the freezer carton in my car. He said thats its OK and they will accept it. But what about the loss of logistics and waste of time and energy? I wanted to get the box opened right there but the gentleman seemed in a rush to get it in the car. You guys should check the quality of your product before selling it to a customer. And in case you send them a detective product, it should be your responsibility to deliver a replacement after quality check and pickup the defective product. Why should the customer arrange the logistics back and forth? Spend their time, money and energy on logistics? I have shopped dozens of products from bestbuy till date but never such a sour experience.

ZERO STAR. This store has the most dishonest and liar staffs. They have this TCL TV on sale and they do not want to sell it to the customers maybe because one of the employee would like to buy it. At the first place, do not show the stock/actual item outside the selling area then tell the customers that it is not the one on sale? when we checked the model of the actual item and the model on sale, it was the same, then they said another reason that it was on hold? They will give you all the reasons not to sell the item. I do not have any problem if they just tell us the truth! Their manager, Keer, was just laughing when I am telling him what happened. They didn't even bother resolving the issue because they do not care at all. Such a waste of time coming here.

I’ve been to this Best Buy location several times, and each time staff have been great. If they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock, they got it for me asap, and were generally very helpful. This is my go-to store!

TVs, projectors, kitchen appliances, keyboards, etc. they have it all.nnLots of parking as well so it was convenient to access as well.
