100% best car buying experience ever. I definitely recommend my sales rep FARHAD. He was absolutely amazing to work with. NO BS, PROFESSIONAL and efficient. Back story- I went to a DIFFERENT nearby VW dealership. I went looking for a white Taos with the sunroof comfort line. That dealership had no inventory and talked me into base model. Their prices kept changing and so did my trade in value. It was like a game of back and forth and I told them I was not interested in a numbers game. I told them I saw Coquitlam had the exact car I wanted but they kept trying to not let me go see it and trying to get me into something I just didn’t really love. I ended up leaving before signing at the other dealership at 10 am to go see the car I really wanted. I arrived Coquitlam at 11am. The car was perfect and they worked hard to get me a good price on my trade. I was signing papers and getting the price I wanted and the car I wanted by 1pm. NO BS. NO GAMES. They quickly detailed the car and set it all up for me, filled the tank and installed the plates. This experience I had is exactly what you want when buying a car. Thank you so much FARHAD for getting me into my dream car at a great price without the games or stress. The sales manager TODD and finance manager PAUL were were also absolutely amazing as well. Thank you so much. They all were very professional, friendly and focused on getting me what I wanted. If you go to this dealership you will be in good hands. I am so regretful I haven’t found them sooner. If you’re looking for a VW and don’t want the stress… you found your dealership. Sincerely, A car buyer that was sick of the games.
If you want waste money, you could come to here. I paid $300 for 2hours inspections, but they didn’t find the issues and asked me to pay 2 more hours. What a ridiculous! I wasted half day and $300 at here and just got a piece of bill paper. This is the way that the dealer make money. How could customers trust them? Never never buy and come to such dealer again!!!
We had an amazing experience in buying our favourite vehicle Taos 2023 with our sales rep Hans. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly. We strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Also special thanks to wonderful sales manager Kelly Lum that made the whole process very smooth and special.

Nima is a fantastic salesman. He helped us find exactly what our family needed, kept in good communication, worked out our financing, and explained every last detail of the features and functions of the car on pickup day. He is honest and cares about customer service. We felt well taken care of by him and his team! Go to him if you’re looking for a car!

Beyond disappointed in the service team. I went in today for a winter tire change and new wheel lock, and it took 4 hours when I was told hour and a half. I was quoted over a hundred dollars less on the phone when I made the appointment, paying much more than I expected to pay. I am a university student and budgeting is extremely important. I understand people may call in sick/ be busy, but you need to let me know what to expect as I was late for work and I ended up losing money today, in addition to upsetting my supervisor. My phone number is on file so it is easy to inform me of these issues, which would have helped me prepare for things like things and do not understand why it was so difficult. Emma was great and tried her best to help out, but I feel like there is poor communication between service team and rest of staff. After 3.5 hours to put on my winter tires, it took them 20 minutes to print out my receipt due to a computer problem which I understand is not the staff's fault but I arrived at 9am and left at 1pm, which is ridiculous. Before I left, no one told me where the wheel lock key was and couldn't find it in the car. I would've gone back inside but was already late for work and couldn't stay. I called at 1:30pm to ask where it is and still, no one has responded to my voicemail hours later. With each service, the dealership cleans the vehicle, but my car interior and exterior was dirtier than when I dropped off my car, and in the last 6 years of owning VW cars and bringing them in for service I have never seen something like this. If they didn't have time to clean the car, which they are required to do with each service, at least make an appointment with me so I can come back to get that done another time. To top it off, the owner of the dealership walks by and makes a comment on "everything going well" to the front desk staff, when the staff said that they are multiple hours behind on car repairs. Poor communication, overcharged, unreasonable timing, and only so much a receptionist can do when management refuses to step in. I never got upset once while at the dealership, but all of these things together are unacceptable when I am receiving a simple service, paying hundreds of dollars, and being treated as if my time does not possess any value. I can assure you this is the worst VW dealership I have ever received service from.
Excellent experience with this dealership! My sales rep Hans made everything possible and impossible to make this happen, Paul from Finances went above and beyond, and as a newcomer I got my first car here with these folks. I definitely recommend them!
Amazing service and staff. Kelly and John were really helpful and friendly. Bought a new 7 seater Atlas. Got to test drive it and got a good deal. They gave us a 7 seater loaner as well during the time the car was being prepared.
